So for a chain the pizza is not bad if you know what/what not to order. In any case staff/delivery personnel are terrible and could care less about customer service…beyond rude. No way I will ever order from this place again. In comparison Dominos in the same area are far more professional and simply generally friendly than this place…both with folks in the store and delivery.

Bcz when someone come to the store there should be an appropriate person on the counter which can take orders in a correct way. Walk in available at your location but no body there to answer and someone ends for 9$ large pizza for 22.72$. So sorry.

I ordered delivery at 5:40pm. I opted in to the text and email notifications. At 6:30 I had not a single notification, so i decided to call the store. Took 4 calls and 5 mins so at 6:35 i was able to speak to someone, i tried to let him know what happened, and he kept cutting me off. he wouldn’t even let me say the name of the order, just kept interrupting. finally i was able to spit it out and he said it’s en route and hung up. I live 4 minutes from the store, but due to being a freshly post-partum mom, i couldn’t pick it up. Finally 6:50 arrives and the food is finally here. showed up cold, and like it had sat for an hour. will not be ordering from this store ever again.

Absolutely terrible experience. I just ordered from this Papa John’s location and the pizza arrived cold, dry, and full of bubbles — clearly not made with care. I’ve worked in the food industry, so I called the store expecting some basic level of customer service. Instead, I was told I could either come to the store (which defeats the purpose of ordering delivery — especially as a parent with children at home) or get half off my next order. Completely unacceptable. When I explained that I couldn’t leave and needed a resolution for this order, I was met with rudeness and zero accountability. One of the staff even told me, “They all look like that,” and said if I didn’t like it, I shouldn’t order from there again. Seriously? To make it worse, they told me no delivery driver would be available for 2 more hours — again, not my fault — and then hung up on me. After that, they just ignored my calls entirely. As someone who works in customer care, I’m shocked by how unprofessional and dismissive the staff were. This is NOT how you treat paying customers. Never ordering from here again — and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else does either.

Called to order because I got a customer appreciation coupon in the mail. Spoke to someone over the phone confirmed location and everything. Waited an hour, no pizza! Call back it’s some lady telling me they don’t have my order, never seen my order and they don’t take orders over the phone. But they charged my card! She said they have a third party answering service that does their job for them. Don’t order from here.

So…I’ve always loved Papa John’s, and I still do, but this location is not on top of their game, and hasn’t been for a while. They NEVER answer the phone, and I do mean NEVER, and there has been something (or multiple things) wrong with the past 3 orders I have placed (as well as other random past orders). And the worst part is that YOU CAN’T GET A HOLD OF THEM, SO YOU CAN’T EVEN GET YOUR ORDER FIXED. I have had to reach out to Papa Johns’ customer service line multiple times just to try and get some type of resolution since the store NEVER answers no matter what time it is, what number you press, or how many times you call them. I would honestly stop ordering from them altogether based on their service, but the pizza is usually really good and Papa John’s is my favorite, so I’m kind of stuck. lol but overall, I’d say I’m really unhappy with the service they give, but the pizza is good. So 2/5 stars.
