So…I’ve always loved Papa John’s, and I still do, but this location is not on top of their game, and hasn’t been for a while. They NEVER answer the phone, and I do mean NEVER, and there has been something (or multiple things) wrong with the past 3 orders I have placed (as well as other random past orders). And the worst part is that YOU CAN’T GET A HOLD OF THEM, SO YOU CAN’T EVEN GET YOUR ORDER FIXED. I have had to reach out to Papa Johns’ customer service line multiple times just to try and get some type of resolution since the store NEVER answers no matter what time it is, what number you press, or how many times you call them. I would honestly stop ordering from them altogether based on their service, but the pizza is usually really good and Papa John’s is my favorite, so I’m kind of stuck. lol but overall, I’d say I’m really unhappy with the service they give, but the pizza is good. So 2/5 stars.

I order hot lemon pepper wings and my stomach has been hurting non stop for the last four days. I ended up throwing up later. The chicken wasn’t cooked well or something. DO NOT ORDER THE WINGS

This is the worst pizza I have ever tasted.I just paid $20 for two burned, not fresh cold cheese pizza along with two garlic sauce for the two pizzas, and there is no drive thru. WOW!!

I used to rate this location five stars because they consistently made excellent pizzas. Unfortunately, over the past year, the quality has steadily declined to the point where I can no longer justify returning.
I've repeatedly received pizzas with unevenly distributed toppings, excessive sauce that makes the crust soggy, which is especially disappointing for thin crust pizza, and an overall lack of care in preparation. Additionally, even when requesting a well done pizza, it is consistently undercooked which affects the texture and taste.
It's unfortunate when poor hiring decisions result in employees who do not take pride in their work and ultimately damage the reputation of a once reliable establishment. At this point I can no longer continue supporting this location and I suspect others feel the same.

Shaq called and he wants his doughy, crusty pizza back! 🤣😩 nothing but dough on these pizzas! Wanted to give papa John’s another shot, hadn’t had in years! But now I know why I left. Don’t get me wrong, the toppings are tasty, but there are very little toppings as the crust is half the pizza and so doughy!

Wings were old and cold. Pizza was cold hard and stale. Should've known something was wrong when the delivery came within 15 minutes.
Order from here all the time and they forgot the soda with my order that’s fine it happens but my two medium pizzas one of them the garlic butter sauce container exploded all over the inside of the box. The second medium pizza is literally two different sized pizzas not just a bad uneven cut and this pizza is old like more than an hour old. I get it places are busy on the weekends and are short staffed but this is unacceptable. The manager was extremely rude and huffed and sighed the whole time I was on the phone. i don’t want anything except a full refund and I will never order from here again papa John’s quality has gone down greatly over the years.

First time and last time ordering from this location. I made an online order and I need to modify the order. Called store number at least 10 times before someone picked up. Sometimes it would just ring once and hang up. Finally after explaining what I needed I was placed on hold. After waiting 15 mins on hold, the phone disconnected. Tried calling back and nobody picks up.
