The two guys working the counter were extremely rude. I spent $40. I order from papa John’s every week. I asked for special seasoning. They wanted to charge me. I said never mind. (I never get charged) Then I ask for cheese and red peppers. They are out of cheese, so I asked if they would give me a pack of special seasoning in lieu of the cheese. He said oh, we’re supposed to charge for cheese and peppers too. Ok, then why did he give me like 8 packs of red peppers no charge. He just blankly stared at me and didn’t say anything. The other guy has his back to me the whole time leaning against the front counter on his phone. I say thanks and walk away and they start laughing. So unprofessional and just rude. Will choose a different pizza place.

My pizza bowl wasn't good tonight. I talked to the manager about it and was told "they made it correctly". I have had it a few times before and enjoyed, but tonight some of the toppings were burnt, crusty, not enough sauce added and just not enjoyable.I took yogurt out of my fridge and ate that instead.

4th time they give you an estimate of 30 mins and it takes over an hour. The pizza is always cold and every time you ask where it is the manager says it's "on the way". Our house is 4 mins from the restaurant and 15 mins later it still is there. They need to rebrand and hire all new employees

Hate to leave negative reviews but I ordered stuffed crust w sausage and it was like dry cardboard. Barely any toppings/cheese and stuffed crust was dry. Not like this at other locations I've had stuffed crust pizza. :(

Spicy stuff crust = trash. Don’t do it. Staff was cool tho.
This is the worst pizza place around, seriously! We got raw garlic knots (which we couldn't eat and threw away) and raw dough in the stuffed crust pizza. The pizza was so thin and covered with huge bubbles that made all the cheese come off. The "half & half" was cut completely sideways. We have been ordering Hungry Howie and Domino's recently but my daughter wanted this for her birthday. It reminds us why we don't order here anymore. WASTE OF MONEY!!

Worse food ever. The pizza had very little topping, the wings were devoid of flavor and food is overpriced. I called and talked with the manager. He blamed the problem on the Ubereats driver. Huh? What does the delivery method have to do with how the food was made!!! The manager said there was nothing he could do about it since it was ordered through Ubereats. Again, what does the method of delivery have to do with how the food was prepared ??? The manager literally laughed and thought the whole situation was comical and refused to offer any assistance. So not only was the food poorly prepared but the customer service was even further down in the gutter!!!will never order from this location at 1514 S. Mason Rd Katy, TX again. CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!
