Papa Johns Pizza

I have been a customer of this Papa John location for the past three years until this half eaten pepper showed up inside my pizza box (half Cheese and half Pepperoni). My kids had stomach ache after eating the pizza.

Update: Store manager reached out said it was an employee put a bad pepper in my box due to high volume of pizzas coming out from the oven. He offered 25% off for the next purchase.

STAT AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Thoroughly disappointed by the poor and slow service. An unreasonably long time, I waited over 40 minutes for my pizza to be ready, with no updates or apologies for the delay.

The staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested, and there was no attempt to make up for the slow service. To make matters worse, the place was disorganized, with several customers expressing frustration about the wait times.

A little expensive for the size of the pizza and ingredients, I barely got any mushrooms in my pizza, but the texture and taste of the pizza was great

This place is consistent. A little pricy but there's always coupons online. Staff is friendly every time I pick up. Not too many issues from this location.

Last issue I had was waiting an extra 20 minutes after the quoted time. But it is what it is. Don't whine when a mistake happens because we are all human.

40min the food has been “on” its way. I’m less than a minutes drive away.

Papa John's, you need to train your staff customer service and they have to have an answer for every question!
What does it mean he doesn't know anything about the app or online!! It's a pizza place, not math, to learn. The staff have to know everything about the menu, deals and what the pizza contains! He didn't even know how many toppings in that specific offer!! Doesn't he cook it!!! Or just being rude to me! Very unprofessional! It was my first and definitely the last time in this location. I even walked out and didn't order. Owners... u need to do something about it. I'm sure u r losing many customers.

The staff is very nice and calm. I was having issue with my order and they made a new one for me.

We ordered XL custom pizza and garlic knots. Both were good and really liked them. Will visit them again.

They should be more careful when hiring staff, the cashier today, Monday, April 29 at 3:44 pm, is the rudest person who has ever served me, in fact he didn't even serve me. I came to pay with a gift card and he didn't receive it and he was also a jerk

Had menu hanging up on big lighted marquee, but none of the prices were correct. He had to keep looking them up in cash register, and they were 2 to 3.00 higher.. didn't like that.....

Yum yummy yummy. Pizza looked well made. Would definitely order again staff is amazing.
