Papa Johns Pizza

Tried to order a pizza and the representative was very unpleasant; told me I called the wrong number, and that they do not take orders at the store. Instead of giving me the phone number, he just hung up on me. Funny thing is I have been ordering pizzas here for 6 months calling the same phone number! So disappointed in this experience.

I purchased a pizza from this Papa John’s location today, and my child bit into a 2-cm metal fragment that was embedded inside one of the slices. The object appears to be stainless steel and is sharp and rigid. This is a serious food-safety hazard.

We have kept the metal piece, the contaminated slice, the rest of the pizza, the packaging, and the receipt. I have already reported the incident to Papa John’s and to the Texas Department of State Health Services.

Parents should be aware of this incident. Foreign metal objects in food can cause serious injury, especially to children. I hope the store will conduct a thorough investigation and take immediate corrective action.

I bought a large pepperoni and mushroom, thin crust pizzas, which was advertised broadly on TV today. When I picked it up, I opened it to check my order.
The pizza maybe had 8 pepperoni rounds(1 inch) and fewer pieces of mushroom. Worse, the tomato sauce and cheese barely covered the crust. In short, frozen pizza from Kroger is much better.

We recently bought 3 pizzas. All 3 pizzas were supposed to have extra mushrooms and onions. Two of the pizzas had absolutely no mushrooms or onions at all. There were only a few pieces of chicken and steak on them, and we know what extra chicken, mushrooms, and steak look like; we have ordered pizzas from here before. The manager did not allow us a refund or try to help us at all. Do not pay for extra toppings because you will get scammed. Will not be ordering from here ever again.

My husband called in our order and it was ready at the recommended time. I was in and I it with no problem and service was great. Not sure what else you could ask for!

Just ordered 2 boxes of pizza, they didn't have plates, napkins and peppers and manager was rude telling us to go buy from grocery store across the street. This has been our experience with other locations not having either toppings and supplies.

I have been a customer of this Papa John location for the past three years until this half eaten pepper showed up inside my pizza box (half Cheese and half Pepperoni). My kids had stomach ache after eating the pizza.

Update: Store manager reached out said it was an employee put a bad pepper in my box due to high volume of pizzas coming out from the oven. He offered 25% off for the next purchase.

STAT AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Thoroughly disappointed by the poor and slow service. An unreasonably long time, I waited over 40 minutes for my pizza to be ready, with no updates or apologies for the delay.

The staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested, and there was no attempt to make up for the slow service. To make matters worse, the place was disorganized, with several customers expressing frustration about the wait times.

A little expensive for the size of the pizza and ingredients, I barely got any mushrooms in my pizza, but the texture and taste of the pizza was great

This place is consistent. A little pricy but there's always coupons online. Staff is friendly every time I pick up. Not too many issues from this location.

Last issue I had was waiting an extra 20 minutes after the quoted time. But it is what it is. Don't whine when a mistake happens because we are all human.
