I placed a deliver order and paid and tipped in advance. Then after the delivery person dropped off additional tip as well. When i went to open the pizza it a large chunk was missing and corner looked like teeth marks, and by the time the driver left. I called and said to come in and replace it. I took it back and explained to the manager that said it was due the ovens fault which i dont belive she didnt see it as she placing the pizza in the box. So on tip of they didn't refund me my tip or delivery because I had to go back and fix my order. And also heard them snicker and talk amongst themselves as we left. Overall rude, lack of hygiene and safety and bad professionalism and service.

I don't know what has happened to Papa John's but last night the pizza we ordered was the most disgusting thing we've received from them. The pizza was cold, wings were cold, crust hard and non-existent. Just a very bad experience. We will not be ordering from there again for a long while. It wasn't worth the money we paid for it.

Very disappointed. Ordered from here at 5:26pm on a Friday which I usually do every Friday evening and my order didn’t show up until 7:10. Waiting almost 2 hours just for the delivery guy to drop all the wings at my front door and to hand me two cold pizzas. Called several times wondering when my order would arrive and at that point once he showed up we decided to take to drive ourselves which took less than 10 minutes and got our money back! Will never order from here again. Not worth the 60.00 and not to mention the delivery driver was talking crap once I shut the door while he was picking up the wings from my front door. I went back and looked at the ring camera. Don’t waste y’all’s time and money with this place. There’s better food elsewhere!

Just be aware check your transaction after you pay. I tipped and for some reason I checked my bank account my receipt didn’t match with my bank account. It’s not right what they did so I am warning you check your bank when you pay afterwards

Ignore these reviews! I do t love out here but this is the second time they have out did themselves! Last time I ordered from them they were closing and my dad’s girlfriend had died so they free of charge still delivered a pizza because to make sure he would eat. It’s Thanksgiving and they accidentally put jalapeno which he can’t eat so they brought a fresh one. They are by far the BEST pizza in Katy and everything always is fresh.

Pizza's come way undercooked this restaurant should be reported to health department the raw dough and meats are likely to give you E coli or salmonella poisoning. The manager Jonathan outright said on the phone that their oven doesn't cook pizzas all the way sometimes and he still sends pizzas out.

Order: XL New York Crust (Italian sausage, pineapple, jalapeños)
Quite a simple 3 topping order. They forgot to add the jalapeños. Okay, they offer to remake it. I arrive, they forgot the jalapeños on the remake as well. So, I show the manager and she asks for the pizza back. Once she comes back, there is cold jalapeños on top of the pizza that have not gone through the oven. Told me to have a great day and sent me on my way with my cold jalapeños on my pizza. :)

I ordered a New York pizza and garlic bread and instead of New York pizza they gave me Cheese Pizza. I got home and call them several times. After 4 times they answer my call. Then the guy told me I will transfer the call to a manager after I explain what was my concern. After that they just hang out the phone. No one help me at all. And I had to eat a different pizza than what I was expecting and of which one I pay. Horrible customer service.
