The lady who got me my pizza when I went to pick it up was very nice. Unfortunately, the stuff crust Hawaiian I ordered with extra ham came with less ham that even when I didn't order extra ham. The pizza was so thin that it was literally the thickness of cardboard, and it would flop over when trying to pick up a slice. I've never seen it this thin, especially from Papa John's. Overall, I'm very dissatisfied with the quality of the pizza I had received and will not come here again even though it's the closest location to my house.

Order pizza here yesterday and when I got my two large pizzas. Looks like someone’s child made it. It hardly had cheese. Barely any pepperoni and mushrooms on it and the cheese pizza hardly had cheese. Then later that night I got sick from this pizza. I will never order pizza from this plan.

Honestly, the pizza was always great. It was the cashier and helper who opened the door for me and showed me all the kindest that won me over. Great staff, better helpers... Papa Johns!

Don’t order from this placed I ordered a pizza here few days ago and it had no sauce I went back a few days later and asked can they fix it they said they will give me 50% off tired to order today they told me they couldn’t give me 50% the general manager is rude worst customer service ever

I placed a deliver order and paid and tipped in advance. Then after the delivery person dropped off additional tip as well. When i went to open the pizza it a large chunk was missing and corner looked like teeth marks, and by the time the driver left. I called and said to come in and replace it. I took it back and explained to the manager that said it was due the ovens fault which i dont belive she didnt see it as she placing the pizza in the box. So on tip of they didn't refund me my tip or delivery because I had to go back and fix my order. And also heard them snicker and talk amongst themselves as we left. Overall rude, lack of hygiene and safety and bad professionalism and service.

I don't know what has happened to Papa John's but last night the pizza we ordered was the most disgusting thing we've received from them. The pizza was cold, wings were cold, crust hard and non-existent. Just a very bad experience. We will not be ordering from there again for a long while. It wasn't worth the money we paid for it.
