This place has gone to hell since Don, previous owner left. We have ordered 3 times since he left and our pizza was horrible every time. Last night we went in there and the pizza was made wrong and place actually looked dirty for the first time. The new owner had 3 young employees there just standing around and one girl even walking around eating pizza while him, the owner was taking orders and preparingthe pizza, Don would have never allowed that. I no longer recommend this.

This used to be a great place, but it changed owner a few months ago and I can totally tell the difference. Customer service is very poor and I ordered XL pizzas through their app with at least 4 hours in advance only to find out when I arrived to pick up that I was getting L because supposedly they didn't have the XLs. No one called me at all to advise there was a problem with my order... I was able to convince the employee after some back and forth to give an extra pizza as I had paid for 4 XL and was now getting 4 L. Even though I live in Cinco Ranch area, I definitely rather drive all the way to the one in Fry North where the customer service is great and they always have my order ready and completely accurate. Mason is total disappointment.

Had five new staff members there no one knew what the hell they were doing so disappointing with Papa Murphy’s they should’ve kept them close!!!!! I’ve been a Customer for the last five years I was sad when they close down then I was happy when they reopen but after today Halloween 2020 to wait 50 minutes for two jack-o’-lantern pizza And then when I got home they won’t even jack-o’-lantern pizza they were all the forms and they tasted terrible because of the new staff they

Me and my wife picked up pizza from here looking for some alternative to pizzahut or papa johns, but we ended up throwing away all the pizzas we bought. The dough doesn't rise and the food did not taste good at all. Go somewhere else
