“My daughter and I stopped today to order lunch and Alyssa was a delight . She was patient, friendly and considerate with us !! My daughter had no idea what to order but with Alyssa’s guidance she ordered the Avocado Piada, and I ordered the Super Protein Bowl…throughout it all Alyssa never stoped smiling. She rocked!

“Love this spot! We were craving pizza and didn’t have a lot of time. We were seated and presented with menus, ordered drinks, then placed the order for our pizza with the owner himself. We ordered our own pizza just the way we wanted it. He let us know it’ll take about 20 minutes. The staff checked on us multiple times. You can BYOB which we love. The pizza was outstanding. The crust is the recipe from the previous owner, Giannina, and her father. The ingredients are so fresh. Soooo good! This place is so affordable, delicious, and a true gem. It’s near Towne Lake without the Towne Lake prices. You can also order to go or delivery through Door Dash. Go get you some!!“

“This was our second class with GianCarlo! We made Tortiloni with 3 generations from my family and we all enjoyed it. Two things I’d highlight:
1) Giancarlo is an engaging teacher who teaches you skills you can take with you. My husband and I both feel we can go home and have pasta making party with our kids or friends and that we’d be successful after just this one lesson. This is more than just a one-time experience but truly a life skill you can take home and incorporate into your own family and traditions.
2) I normally cannot eat much American pasta or bread without some stomach upset. We learned about the health benefits of the European flour that we used in class - and this pasta left us all feeling great. No heaviness or stomach issues. Another win.
