I had a very frustrating experience with this restaurant. We called ahead to confirm their hours and were told they'd be open until 4 pm. We made a long commute specifically to dine here, only to arrive and find the restaurant completely closed. We later spoke with someone who said they actually close at 2 pm, suggesting the person I initially spoke with may have confused the hours with another location. This is incredibly poor communication. Furthermore, reaching the restaurant by phone is a nightmare. The call doesn't go directly to the store; instead, you're routed to an operator who keeps you on hold for an unreasonable amount of time before finally (and sometimes unsuccessfully) connecting you. This level of poor service and misinformation is unacceptable, especially after making a significant effort to dine at this establishment. I would not recommend this restaurant based on my experience.
