Maria was a star, recommending the mandocas and explaining how they’re made—crispy, sweet, and absolutely delicious! The pastelitos were top-notch too. Her warm service made my visit unforgettable.

Phone system doesn’t work at all
So disappointed, the chicken and shredded beef were so salty and greasy. Waste of money and had to get something else for dinner. Tequenos were okay but not the best.

The reason for my review is because of the person (a woman) who served us. And I must say this as a business owner. The staff you hire should be kind and respectful. Her attitude immediately struck me as annoying and defiant. It wasn't pleasant, so I went to eat and pick up more groceries. But I didn't feel like it anymore, so I went to Pasteles Edward... where I was welcomed... the empanadas saved the day, they were amazing.

I've been to their food truck twice, and just a few days ago, I tried out this location. On all three occasions, the customer service was TERRIBLE. On this visit from the second I stepped foot into this establishment with my family, I already felt unwelcome. They didn't greet us or anything and just glared at us as we walked in and continued to do so as we waited for our food. The lady at the counter, I believe her name was Maria, was rude and acted as if it bothered her entire existence that I was there wanting to place an order. I had asked maybe two questions, and she answered with an attitude and was very dismissive. The tequeños were good, but I wasn't a big fan of the sauce. The service is what did it for me. Either way, I'll gladly drive a few extra minutes down Mason where I know I'll find great food and much better service.

One of the first Venezuelan fast food places in Houston. The food is incredible, personally the tequenos and the pabellon empanada are the best in town. All time recommended!!
