Soon as you walk in they greated you, very friendly. Husband had Pho with beef I had rice plate with pork. Food seasoned well very tasty. My only issue is cleaning under table but that is my OCD speaking. I am a clean freak. I would come again for sure.
First timer. Ordered Pho #1 (Special) and wife had Pho #2 (Filet mignon beef) and rice with grill lemongrass chicken. The pho reminds us of pho Saigon (downtown Houston). The rice plate was good, comes with a small soup bowl. The pho broth was not "hot" enough, rice noodles was clumpy meaning pre-made which is taboo for a pho specialty restaurant. Vietnamese Iced coffee was average.
This pho restaurant is in our top 2 or 3 pho restaurants in the Katy, TX area. As the name suggests, this could be the best pho in town! ????The large bowl combination beef pho (dac biet) broth was delicious, and the portion was very generous. The side veggie garnish was also of a sizable amount.We also had the grilled pork spring rolls, which have a lovely grilled smoke flavor, and the accompanying dipping sauce was just the right consistency and not watery.Our server was friendly,...
