Pho Binh is hands down one of the best spots for authentic Vietnamese cuisine! I’ve been a loyal customer for a couple of years now, and the consistency in the quality of their food never fails to impress me. Whether I’m ordering to-go (they now have a super convenient app for that!) or dining in, the experience is always top-notch.
On my recent visit, I decided to dine in, and I was blown away by the excellent service. The chef himself made a thoughtful table touch, ensuring everything was perfect—including adjusting the blinds so the sun wouldn’t interfere with my meal. It’s those small, personal touches that truly set Pho Binh apart.
Now, let’s talk about the food—absolutely phenomenal! The broth is hands down the cleanest, most flavorful I’ve ever had, and the ingredients are always incredibly fresh. Every bite is a perfect balance of flavors, and you can taste the care and authenticity in every bowl.

The pho were excellent. I can tell that the broth was made from scratch. The meat was tender. The real grill pork in the banh mi. The summer rolls were fresh. Love the sauce for the summer roll. Highly recommend.

My family and I had dinner tonight at Pho Binh. The food was AMAZING! I ordered R7 and my husband and son ordered Pho. All of it was simply delicious. This will definitely be a regular spot for us.
The Pho Binh chain has been in Houston 40+ years. They have the best Pho broth I’ve ever tried- even from what I had overseas. Its the same flavor I remember from years past. If you focus on the broth during your meal, you’ll understand what I’m talking about. Happy to have found them again.

Some of the best pho I’ve had—fresh ingredients, delicious brisket, and broth so flavorful it doesn’t need anything but a squeeze of lime to be perfect! My husband had the vermicelli with grilled pork and egg roll, which he said was delicious as well. Give this family-run business some love and enjoy amazing food while here. Five stars for sure!
Oh my, the “owner” is extremely unprofessional. She was very passive aggressive towards me, I have no idea how this company has so many 5 star rating when the “owner” is so rude to customers. You never know what someone else is going through. Try talking to people the way you want to be treated. A life skill I teach my children.
