I love this place! The chef took the time to introduce himself, confirm my request for extra spicy, and explain how he would prepare my order. I will definitely be back tomorrow to try the Shaken Beef, which undergoes a five-day marination process. The food was exceptional; the service was courteous, professional, and personable. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the Katy area who enjoys Vietnamese food as much as I do!

The chef himself made a thoughtful table touch, ensuring everything was perfectâincluding adjusting the blinds so the sun wouldnât interfere with my meal. The pho were excellent. I can tell that the broth was made from scratch. The meat was tender. The real grill pork in the banh mi. The summer rolls were fresh. Love the sauce for the summer roll. Highly recommend.

The Pho Binh chain has been in Houston 40+ years. They have the best Pho broth Iâve ever tried- even from what I had overseas. Its the same flavor I remember from years past. If you focus on the broth during your meal, youâll understand what Iâm talking about. Happy to have found them again.

Some of the best pho Iâve hadâfresh ingredients, delicious brisket, and broth so flavorful it doesnât need anything but a squeeze of lime to be perfect! My husband had the vermicelli with grilled pork and egg roll, which he said was delicious as well. Give this family-run business some love and enjoy amazing food while here. Five stars for sure!

Oh my, the âownerâ is extremely unprofessional. She was very passive aggressive towards me, I have no idea how this company has so many 5 star rating when the âownerâ is so rude to customers. You never know what someone else is going through. Try talking to people the way you want to be treated. A life skill I teach my children.
