Simple yummy Vietnamese food. Exactly what the family was interested in. We ordered a beef pho, beef vermicelli, and fried rice. All were delicious including the soup part of the pho which met our expectations for flavor. The fried rice was different but really good, recommend that. Beef vermicelli disappeared in a flash. Hosts were friendly and attentive. Ambiance was appropriate. Value for money was good. We hope to be back :)Sorry no photos of this one :(

Summary after 3 visits, and there will be more to come.Pho, pho noodles are not too soft, do not fall apart, the pho broth is reasonable, the taste is easy to eat.Xich Quach is so majestic and wonderful.Sate pho, rich pho broth, bite-sized pho noodles.Moist cake, delicious and fragrant spring rolls, wet cake is okay.Beef noodle soup, the most special dish because of its rich flavor but not salty, fragrant and quality patties, lots of meat.The owner is enthusiastic, lovely and friendly.

The service was incredible. We were greeted by one server, immediately had cups of waters on our table by another server, and a different server cleaned off our table. They worked really well together. The littles shared a large bowl of Chicken Phở and the hubby had Phở Filet Mignon. They all thought the broth was really good. However, the Chicken was a little tough and there wasn't much meat in the Filet Phở. I had the Bún Bò Huế and thought it was too sweet. The server asked if we wanted chili and that was a game changer. One scoop of the chili sauce and it will enhance any dish. Yum! My dish had loads of meat so I was grateful for that. There's a TV in the restaurant that showed the Houston skyline. You can get a small lollipop at the end of your meal. Pay in the front.

This is the place to go in Katy for pho and bun bo hue!! You can taste the five spices in the broth and it's also very beefy. All the other restaurants in Katy tone down the five spices for the pho broth or maybe add just three. The other pho restaurants also skim too much beef fat from the broth too. Not here!! Reminds of of pho I had in the Mekong delta of Vietnam. Bun bo hue is also on point. Pho K also makes their chili sate and Sriracha in house! That's right homemade. The owner and service were all very good as well.

Excellent service from start to finish!!! We got the #21 and it didn’t disappoint in flavor/spice/ and fulfillment! We also got the spring rolls for an appetizer and they were nicely cooked with a fresh crisp crunch! The owner was very attentive to us the whole time and made sure we were set! 10/10 will definitely be back :)

This place is amazing. My wife is from Vietnam and this is one of the most authentic places we've sat found in Texas. The ownership is super sweet and will do anything to make your meal perfect.
The special beef noodle dish with Hue rolls is very delicious. It's been a while since I've eaten the sweet taste. Beef pho with delicious sausage. The Boss is very friendly and likable. ? I will come back.

It was windy 58 degrees outside and I felt under the weather. I got the #17 Pho to definitely warm myself up and try to power the rest of the evening. No disappointment. Katy Asia Town isn't short of pho places. This one has super ma and pa vibes, tasty food. Id be back when I'm not so stuffy.

Since i was in katy for a doctor visit, me and my wife decide to grab some food for lunch. After scrolling around we found pho k. Around the new katy. The broth for the pho was really good. Had a good proportion of beef to noodles. The beef born is ridiculous big my gosh, I'll try to finish but mostly to go. Highly recommend for any big strong eater that enjoy vietnamese cuisine.

The owner was very friendly and nice! And the eggrolls were probably the best eggrolls I’ve ever had, also good to note that I don’t really prefer my eggrolls with so much veggies in it and that’s why I liked them so much. Also the music is like being on a runway which isn’t a bad thing at all.
