Don't bother ordering from here. Sadly they are delivering pizzas through a third party. Ordered at 7:50ish I received an email confirming the order with an eta of 8:30. 8:30 comes around and I receive a text message from door dash telling me they just received my order with a new eta After 9 pm. What's the point of offering delivery if you're just going to have door dash slow roll all the deliveries. If I wanted to use doordash I would have ordered with doordash. 5 dollar delivery fee and they they pocket the tip. Doordasher did not get all of the tip and I got cold pizza. Never again

If I could give a 0 star I would I went in here today to pick up my pizza at 2:12 pm tried to tell this lady at the register I’m here for my order and she just put her hand up towards my face assuming that was her way to tell me so be quiet and continued with whatever she was doing on the register keep in mind I am the only one in here they were not busy but anyways she continued with whatever she was doing than took care of me I think it’s extremely rude to put your hand up to someone’s face rather then say sorry give me a moment this clearly a person who has not been trained properly in customer service and or she just doesn’t care I don’t know what is worse! I definitely will not be coming back here! And I don’t recommend going!!

This pizza is trash !!! I can’t under stand the volume of customers because it is Halloween but store bought pizza is better than this. I would call but I’m pretty nothing could be done about it. DO BETTER WHEN IT CONES TO QUALITY AND TEMPERATURE !

Horrible customer service
I ordered a pepperoni 🍕 lovers pan crust and received an undercooked pizza with hand tossed crust. Rude lady and another guy there that just stood in the corner.

Usually never have any problems at this Pizza hut but today was pretty foul. I arrived at about 4:30 today. I walked in and a bigger Caucasian male was walking around on his phone and didn’t even speak to me when I entered or acknowledge me waiting at the counter. He was walking around constantly adjusting his belt-less pants and not washing his hands, his uniform was gross and unkept, he was also walking around rapping to foul music on his phone aloud. After about 3-4 minutes of waiting at the counter someone finally came out to have me sign for my order and didn’t apologize for the wait at all and it wasn’t ready at my promised order time of 4:32. I don’t mind waiting at all but the issue is that after being ignored until about 4:34 then being told I have more time to wait for my order while listening to a super loud TV, it’s a pretty frustrating. Oh yeah, did I mention the TV was cranked way too high? Could barely hear the cashier talk to me when she finally appeared. I might give this Pizza Hut another chance in the future but for now 1093 and Brookshire offer much better customer service and experiences. Please just greet customers faster, acknowledge them, appear clean, and at least apologize for a small wait! It’s the small stuff that matters most!!!

The app said it removed the funds from the gift card but did not process the order. We called the store and could barley understand the employee. During the explanation he hung up on me. I walked in the store and the individual that I was on the phone with stayed in the back. The associate at the counter said she didn't know how to use a gift card, was having to translate what her manager was saying, then stated the order was $30 MORE than what it was online due to the location refusing to use the rewards points or the online deals. 6 employees all standing around on top of the associate still not being able to use the gift card was stressful. I had to explain and tell the employee how to use the gift card and partial payment. Then had to have the employee explain to the manager again in another language what she was doing because not even the manager was trained. Only reason I even followed through with the order is because all my mother wanted for the holiday was Pizzahut. WOW!
