The app said it removed the funds from the gift card but did not process the order. We called the store and could barley understand the employee. During the explanation he hung up on me. I walked in the store and the individual that I was on the phone with stayed in the back. The associate at the counter said she didn't know how to use a gift card, was having to translate what her manager was saying, then stated the order was $30 MORE than what it was online due to the location refusing to use the rewards points or the online deals. 6 employees all standing around on top of the associate still not being able to use the gift card was stressful. I had to explain and tell the employee how to use the gift card and partial payment. Then had to have the employee explain to the manager again in another language what she was doing because not even the manager was trained. Only reason I even followed through with the order is because all my mother wanted for the holiday was Pizzahut. WOW!

Do not order from here, I never had a problem ordering from this Pizza hut until tonight when I ordered it at 7 PM and wasn’t told until 9:30Pm my order was canceled. The manager had told me several times wait 10 more minutes, until eventually saying I would be returned my money and my order will be arriving shortly. After another hour of waiting I called back to inform them my pizza was still not here, and only then was I told that once I had hung up their manager had said my order had been canceled and will not be arriving. They did not want to call and tell me for over an hour that my order wouldn’t be arriving. 2 hours of waiting just to still have to get out and get food is ridiculous. This place is the worst service you can get.

My delivery order was over an hour late. When it finally arrived the order was completely wrong and we could not eat it. I called and explained the issue and was assured my order would be redelivered within the hour. Before getting off the phone I asked to speak with the Manager (Maria) and was told “she doesn’t talk to people because she doesn’t speak English” Two hours later, still no food. I called again to check in and was told the pizzas had not been made. At that point I said don’t make them, I want a refund instead. The young woman on the phone - Emily told me “ma’am I’m not giving you your money back” and hung up the phone on me. I called back multiple times and continued to get hung up on. I decided to drive up there and was met with awful customer service by the manager, Maria. Everyone needs to be fired & I will not be back here. Don’t waste your time or money

Stellar Wreckage

I ordered a pizza with “pesto drizzle” on half and it came with pesto smeared over that whole side. It smelled terrible and wasn’t edible, even when I tried to scrape a bunch off. Because of the amount of pesto, the other side of the pizza had soaked up the pesto grease and wasn’t edible either.

I came to the store to ask for a refund and they told me that’s how it comes, and they would remake it but not offer a refund. I’m sorry — we already ate. You had a chance to sell us good food and you didn’t. We ate the rest of the stuff and it was fine. I understand this is new, but nobody wants a pizza like this. It would hurt your stomach.

Foolish to lose a customer over $7, especially one who tips in a business where people aren’t tipping anymore.

30 minutes late in Katy is normal around 5 pm; that’s ok if the food is good. We ordered a large thin and crispy pizza and got a not so thin and very gooey pizza. It was horrible. Also ordered cheese bread; they had a very strange taste and smell. Never ever again. The worst pizza I have had since the last time we ordered from Pizza Hut five years ago. I 100% do not recommend Pizza Hut.

I ordered for pick up. They told me 20 min. I get there and the clerk tells me it will be 1 hour!! They are backed up! The manager, not the clerk, was very nice and got my pizza right out. It was delicious!

Though tipping is customary the driver made it as if I was obligated to tip him. He said, “you’re not going to tip your driver?” I told him I did not have cash and he proceeded to tell me that I can add a tip on my card. This is not the first time because last time he circled the tip and wrote thanks for no tip. That is very rude and unprofessional of him especially since he doesn’t know my situation. Not once did he think maybe that is all I had

I took a takeout for two pizzas. The order was wrong and I was handed someone elses Pizza. Could not take it back as I lived some distance away and was exhausted. The order was for a pizza with garlic topping. Whoever made the pizza drizzled the entire pizza with a large amount of garlic that was not fresh and made the entire pizza unedible. We threw away more than half, after trying our best not to waste it.
The other pizza was their new chicken sausage pizza with spicy marinara: No spice. The chicken tasted bad and it did not look like chicken sausage. The base was soggy and stuck to the box.
After eating Pizza hut after more than 4 years, this experience fulfilled my desire for Pizza hut for another decade.

My family waited over an hour 1/2 for a 35 min delivery only for us to call and to be informed that our ordered was canceled because the delivery guy “Knocked”
On the door for 10 minutes and one answered. We live in a brand new home with a ring door bell with security alerts for traffic. We called back and a Hispanic female, answer the phone and stated they called us as well on a phone number that no one in our house has at all. In 2024 who knock on the door when you see doorbell and we were downstairs at the same time.

Order wasn’t ready on time. I arrived 5 minutes late to my order time and it was ready 15 minutes after I arrived. The pizza crust was plain, completely unseasoned, I’ve never experienced this with other locations. The breadsticks were pretty much the exact same aside from a little Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top of the over-toasted, dried breadsticks. So disappointed.

Arrived per timeline given.Informed cashier I was here for my order.She acknowledges it and then walks away.I’m waiting 10 mins even though it was already supposed to be ready when I arrived.I call out and she returns.I ask for my order and she says they have no cheese to make the pizzas…So my order was never going to come out and they weren’t going to tell me.Zero Stars!!!!They never have bread sticks to order. Employees always say they need to prep them but they never do.I have placed orders before and waited 40+ mins because they either forgot about it or there was some errors.
