I ordered my pizza online and once it was complete it said 2 1/2 hours until I can get it. So you can not cancel it online through the app. So I called the store and the phone just rings and rings and rings until it hangs up on you. So I called again and spoke to what is suppose to be the call center of Pizza Hut which the people answering the phone was rude and not helpful at all. One lady was like let me call the store for me and transfer the call which rang and hung up. So...read full review
This place is absolutely HORRIBLE! My son ordered from here a couple weeks ago and waited 2 hours.....no one showed with his delivery. When he tried calling no one would answer the phone. He had to request a refund the next day.
This evening, my husband decided to give this location another shot. nope.....waited over an hour for our delivery. so he decided to go up there and just pick the pizzas up. When he shows up, they tell him they do not have an order for him but...read full review
