I was trying to order some pizza with an online discount code that was not working. After attempting to speak with a manager at a different location, they not only were not helpful but very rude. I called this location and the manager Matt went above and beyond. He was very helpful and while he couldn’t honor the full coupon because it was an online code, he definitely went out of his way to do everything he could for us. This location will have my business from now on. Great customer service and great pizza! Thank you Matt!

We live a mile from this place. Received a text the order was picked up and on the way and it took over 30 minutes to receive the order. I was amazed. Paid 6 dollar delivery fee and a 10 dollar tip for this crappy delivery service. Never again.

The food is good just like any other pizza hut. My main issue is on how they try to push for a tip on pick up orders. Iam sorry but you dont deserve a tip for something I went to pick up myself. Tipping delivery is understendable and I allways tip handsomly. But if all you are doing is handing me my food at the counter, no you dont get a tip for doing your job the most basic way.

Great pizza. Made quickly and well. No complaints. The front of the shop could use a clean, but who has time to clean at these busy chains? Kitchen was fine though so nothing to worry about.
Order was incorrect! And when I spoke to the manager about it he was nonchalant. Claimed that he fixed the order and when I got home realized my cinnamon sticks didn't even have icing
