I have never gotten a correct order from this location - it is wrong every time. it's amazing that a business can be wrong 100% of the time. once, I had to physically take the pizza to the restaurant after they tried to correctit twice because they told me I absolutely had the right order and I was mistaken.
absolutely terrible. customer service is important to us??? they hang up on you multiple times. we've been trying to call for over an hour, and they hang up every single time. our order was totally incorrect, and the pizza they did deliver was almost entirely crust. one pizza had two slices with no toppings out of eight (8) we've tried to contact them for over an hour and they continue to hang up on us.
4/10/20 I called to place a pickup order. A young man named Terry answered the phone and put me on hold for 6 minutes. I hang up and called back and Spanish lady answered. I asked what the specials were. She rattled off the specials quickly. I asked her to repeat the 1st one. Rudely she said do you want to order and is it pick up or delivery.
