I attempted to cancel an order from 5444 N. Fry location a week ago go. No one answered the phone and Manger Evette (1930 Fry Rd, Pizza Hut) stated she spoke with a manager at 5444 N. Fry Rd and the confirmed the manager would cancel the order and I would receive a refund. A week later, still no refund. It’s a shame that these fast food restaurants are stealing from customers.

Order pizza and it was supposed to be delivered at 9:41 however pizza didn’t make it until 10:01! Very cold, no apology, no nothing. $45.05 wasted! Very disappointed!

Great food, Friendly staff. Just wish they would clean up a bit. Their clothes and cleanliness was really bad. But the staff is super friendly and nice. The food was delicious. It just made me question how clean it was in there.

Always have hard time to order by the phone and we keep telling them and today i saty in hold more than 30 min and soon he pick up the phone he hung up again and try again for another 10 min in hold no answer

Ordered and delivery service did not deliver the drink and dips I ordered. Ask where they are was told they did not give them to me. I called and was told they could not help me and put me in eternal hold. I will never eat there again.

I didn’t want a refund i just wanted to let the manager know the issue because it’s happen 3 times already and manager told me “how is that problem? very unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. never again ordering from that location. 11/07/2025 and i called between 1-2 pm. manager refuse to give me his name.

This location has the worst customer service I called to order a pizza I was was placed on hold for 5 minutes. Once he answered I was told that they was backed up there was specials online, I should order there. Upon arrival the phone was ringing and nobody was answering there was only two workers. The guy at the register was stated that the customer was getting on his nerves not pay attention. Making people what when they are standing directly in front of him not taking there orders.
