This Pizza Hut needs serious attention. My order was supposed to be ready at 7:10 PM, but when I arrived there was a crowd of people waiting and the pickup screen falsely showed my order as “ready.” After standing in line for 20 minutes, I was told my food actually wasn’t ready and they had no idea where it was in the process.
By 7:40 PM, I asked how much longer it would take. I said I could wait another 10 minutes, but if it was going to take 40+ more I’d rather grab food elsewhere. I was told 15 minutes—so I stayed.
An entire hour went by with no update. When I finally asked again, the front staff handed me two plain cheese pizzas instead of my two large custom orders. They weren’t even close to what I ordered. The employee admitted they had made pizzas but wasn’t sure if I’d “like them,” which tells me they’re just guessing at this point.
This store is clearly struggling with organization, communication, and order accuracy. Whatever system they’re using is not working.

Where to begin.. on November 1st we made a pizza order online at 7:15pm, it was supposed to be ready by 7:35. We pull into Pizza Hut and we can see a long line inside the store and a long line in drive thru. We wait in drive thru for 15 minutes, no cars are moving. We decide to go in and when we walk inside it’s nothing but angry people not getting the food that they paid for. There are 5 people behind the counter walking slow and pacing around the store. The girl checking everyone out announces that no pizzas have been made and no pizzas are going to be made, because she’s understaffed, even though there’s 5 whole people not doing a single thing. Mind you it’s 8pm now, store closes at 11pm. I was not given a refund. People were begging for any pizza they might have that’s been sitting in the back. Get your pizza elsewhere folks, this establishment is a joke.

What terrible service! I ordered my pizza at 6:45 for delivery, and it's now 9 PM. My husband went to the pizzeria, and they told him they canceled the order because they ran out of dough and cheese, yet they're still selling pizzas. It's disrespectful.

I had one of the worst experiences with this location. It took over 3.5 hours for my pizza to arrive, and when it finally did, the dough was raw and there was no sauce on it. To make things worse, they charged my account twice and then refused to issue a refund when I called about it.
This is completely unacceptable for such a well-known company that claims to value its customers. I felt undervalued, lied to, and robbed. I expected much better service and accountability. Definitely won’t be ordering from this location again.

For how packed and busy it was last night the manager there was super nice and very friendly about the wait everyone working last night deserves a raise

1 hour and 40 minutes for this pizza. Not sure where they left the cheese. Why it has 2 inches of crust. Why they were not able to say at least “sorry for the delay”. The awful attitude of the cashier. The order supposed to be ready at 7.56pm but actually was ready at 9.10pm. For this pizza on the photo???? Worst experience ever, not even Little Caesar does this. Terrible management. Make yourself a favor and go to Crust Pizza Elyson.

Just placed an order through through the uber app and called about my order and wanting to add extra sauces. I didn’t get a chance to get a name but whoever was there today @2:00 pm 10-12-2025 did amazing with customer service. She was very attentive and friendly. She also Made sure my order was complete and right before getting to me. One of the best phone picks up I had in a while. Very proud of how she answered, I used to be a manager at this location and I can say they have definitely improved on customer service. Woohooo Katy Elyson Pizza Hut ❤️ it’s game day

They completely messed up my order. I ordered bone- in wings and got boneless. I ordered pan pizza and got hand tossed. So disappointed in customer service these days.

HIGHLY INCOMPETENT STAFF!!!!! THEY DIDNOT EVEN SAY SORRY FOR MAKING THE SAME MISTAKE TWICE. I ORDERED AN HOUR EARLY BUT HAD TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER HALF HOUR I WOULD PREFER OTHER PIZZA JOINT NEARBY
I don’t know why they don’t have good reviews. The pizza here is always good ! They put enough cheese on the pizza nowadays because back then when I ordered, which was last year, they were skimping out on cheese, but the second they started added more cheese. I started liking them more. A lot of people who work there are young folks and they’re very kind. I never had a problem. There was just one old lady and she was not very nice to me but other than that everyone else was pretty cool. I don’t mind the food here and the restaurant is always clean when I walk in honestly, there’s not much more you can ask from a Pizza Hut. These restaurants are franchises And it’s very difficult for them to make a profit because the food business is not easy but yet they seem to manage just fine.
