Pizza Novo Rocks! I just had the chicken permesan and it tasted so good. Really juicy and flavourful. My husband is not really a pizza person but he couldn't stop eating the pepperoni pizza. I had the Italian sausage and they were both soooo good. Please do yourself a favor and place your next order with them. I promise you'll not be disappointed! The customer service is next to none. Now I see why they are the best in the area!!. Thank you Pizza Novo for the wonderful meal!!!

Ordered 2 pizzas and an appetizer for delivery. Estimated time was 40 minutes, it arrived over an hour later. Pizza looked like it slid in the car, and our half and half pizza? It was 3/4 and 1/4. Crust tasted good, but overall we were disappointed.

Friends picked up a to go order and we were all surprised how quickly it was ready. Sometimes faster is not better.Pizza was just ok. Toppings were fresh and plentiful. The crust was great on one, undercooked on another.The breadsticks were greasy and oddly grainy but it was the cheesesteaks that were the biggest problem- dry, lacking seasoning, under filled, just really a miss on all fronts.

Don't trust these 5 star reviews. Their friends must leaving them 5 star reviews.The pizza here is not good at all. The only thing good is the convenience to HEB.It doesn't even taste like real pizza and the crust is not how pizza dough should be made. I've had pizza in NY and Chicago. There are much better places in Katy area.Don't waste your money.
They make one of the best pizza in Katy. I have tried it twice and every time it was awesome. Definitely recommend it.

I have been going to this place for years when it was called pizza fino, now a new owner took possession and this person is running this business very unethically. I ordered 4 pizzas for a friend that has to have gluten free pizza, I called and spoke to the owner, I explained that I needed to order 4 pizzas and that my friend was also outside of the delivery 6 mile limit, he tells me if you pay an extra $5.00 delivery I will deliver there, I agreed. Then I asked how much was the gluten free pizza, he avoided responding and continued talking about the sides that I wanted on the pizza, I have never ordered gluten free pizza so I certainly did not know what the pricing was. He tells me that gluten pizza is an extra charge of 5.00 (I thought that the price was normal since I did not know any better). He charges me 91.27 for 4 medium pizzas, I called after I saw his menu and it clearly says 1.50 more for gluten crust so I thought why is he charging me 5.00 and not the pricing on the menu, wow that's excessive....he did not only charged me 15.00 delivery instead of 10.00 that we had agreed to but he also charged me full amount for each topping when it was only half the pizza and charges me 5.00 for gluten instead of only 1.50 as his menu states, plus 1.75 for each topping even if I had half pepperoni and half bacon he charged 3.50 plus 15.00 18.50 for the pizza, I mean come on is this 12" pizza made of gold? Then I called dominoes, Pizza Hut, brothers pizza and their similar gluten free pizza is only 11.00 why is this man charging me such an excessive amount? I called the restaurant to speak the the owner and he has been dodging my calls and seems to never be around or even return my calls. He overcharged me by about 28.00 and refuses to make it right. I called him and even warned them about putting a negative review and gave them an opportunity to make it right and they choose to be dishonest and Thiefs!!! So I guess they don't care about doing the right thing by their customers. That says a lot about this business. I would think twice before dealing with such a dishonest and unethical business, the reviews on here are from the previous owner and not this new owner, seems like the new management is very dishonest. So they have 1.50 on their menu but charged me 5.00 more for gluten free on each pizza plays 15.00 delivery that I never agreed to. Medium pizza 1.49 for gluten free look at pictures below and my bank charge of 91.27 for 4 medium pizzas of 8.99 plus what should have been 1.49 and not 5.00 each. Totally dishonest, be careful going there they are not honest people.

The pizza was awesome! I was at the grocery store next door and decided to give this restaurant a try. I'm so glad I did. The pizza was hot and the ingredients were fresh. I'll definitely be back again!

They made the pizza really quickly and it came out very hot and fresh. It was a very clean place and I really enjoyed eating there. Absolutely recommend.

On 2/4/23 we ordered the two sandwiches with chips and a drink. They forgot our chips and drinks. I ordered my sandwich without Mayo, it had extra Mayo, and I was not able to eat it, so had to cook anyway. We ordered the fried mushrooms and mozzarella. 4 of the fried mozzarella sticks had no cheese in them, they were hollow breading. Too bad, we used to like this place and I loved the sandwiches in the past when made the way I ordered without Mayo.
