Walked in and waited at the register for 5 minutes and no one was around or showed up. Went to the restroom and came out and not one employee in sight, waited for a minute and then decided to leave it was taking up more time waiting around for service than i anticipated

As someone who often bought from PJs coffee, and now works here, I can say whole heartedly I love this place, they make everything fresh and with love, I’m excited to come here every single day and interact with the baristas/owners! We know their customers well, and are quick to fix anything that isn’t satisfactory to the customers liking! Shout out Andy and Ada!! Best owners ever, also their artistic barista is amazing 😝

PJ's have the best beignets I've had. They were so warm and flaky on the inside. The service was good even though they were understaffed and the wait was a little long. Overall I would definitely come back.
