Service there is really bad. Takes forever to make an order. I was so ready to eat some chicken and they told me I have to wait 40 minutes because they don’t have any chicken cooked. I decided to order something else and when I was ready to leave I still missing my order of nachos. And they don’t even know about the nachos in the kitchen they really forgot to make them . I am glad I did check my food before I went home. I won’t ever comeback to this place again.

First time ordering from this place, and I’m absolutely in love with the amazing flavor of the chicken! The service was friendly and quick, and the facility was clean both inside and out. I really liked that they offer real tortilla chips as self-service—such a nice touch.
The only thing I was a bit disappointed about was the portion of pickled red onions. I ordered the 8-piece family pack to go for three people and received just one small container. They were so delicious that we all felt it wasn’t enough, even though there’s a salsa bar available for self-serve.
That said, I’ll definitely be coming back! Next time, I’ll make sure to ask for an extra container to take more of those amazing pickled onions home. Every item in my order was truly delicious!

Our family started going to Pollo Regio over 10 years ago when we lived in Dallas, and we’ve been fans ever since. So when we saw this location open over a year ago, we were thrilled—and it did not disappoint!
The chicken is just as delicious as we remember from Dallas—juicy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The unlimited fresh tortilla chips, salsa, and sauce bar are such a great bonus. What more could you ask for?
The staff here are always super nice and welcoming. And for a fast-food place, the restroom is impressively clean—definitely a big plus for us.
Highly recommend this spot if you’re craving great grilled chicken and a friendly atmosphere!
