I went to eat chicken at this place. I had been a frequent customer until today. The cashier, a man named Rodrigo, tried to charge me for something that was already included in my order just because I asked for it to go. It was four small sauces that I had already paid for. According to him, I had to pay for them again because the container they were going to put them in had a lid and was different. That is absolutely ridiculous just to think about.
I initially sat down, but then I went back to review the situation because it felt unfair. Unfortunately for him, there was another customer standing next to me who overheard the conversation again and said the same thing â that he was also trying to charge her for sauces that were included with her meal and were supposed to be free, simply because she wanted them to go.
Thankfully, one of the female employees working at the restaurant heard the conversation, stepped in, corrected him, and clearly stated that this was incorrect and that he had no right to charge us for sauces that were already included with our orders.
So please be careful and stay alert. Do not stay quiet. Always speak up for what you are paying for. Terrible service!!
The attitude of the drive thru person needs to be corrected ASAP pulled up said hello twice and no answer had to drive around twice and then pulled up again and finally was able to place my order and had to hear a sigh every time I requested an item off the menu. What restaurant does not have carne asada on a Sunday? Very crappy customer service and the wait takes about 10 minutes on the drive thru even longer going inside.

Although the food is mediocre at best, the mother daughter duo staff at night are rude. I arrived an hour before closing and still got treated like I was a nuisance. My brother got yelled at for serving himself sauce because âthey do it behind counterâ. Other than that, I never been here before tonight and asking questions about what comes with a whole chicken really set off the ladies behind the register. Not worth the uncomfortable conversations
Its ridiculous that they will charge $1 for butter after selecting a loaded potatoe as a side i said no cheese no cheese sauce just butter and bacon a loaded potatoe should come with butter why charge a dollar extra,not going here again,food was hard and cold after all. So dissaponted!!

Ok Monday 10/27/25 stopped to get granddaughter chicken flautas her favorite. Got home changed she sat to eat first bite of one was frozen. Called restaurant talked to Ms Marta, let her know what happened said she needs receipt. 10/28/25 went with receipt spoke to Ms Anna she said she would replace the plate I wanted money returned, she said would talk 2 days. Told her fine. But wanted replace plate. $13.99 I guarantee if she would have broke a tooth would have been more. SHE Wanted to take receipt told her it's mine. NEVER RETURNING AND THEY DID NOT RETURN MY MONEY. REACHING OUT TO CORPORATE AFTER THIS. NOTE: DIDNT WANT TO ARGUE IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS BUT MS ANNA KEPT GOING ON N ON. 10/27/25 Contacted corporate office was refunded my money, and apologized for any inconvenience. That's all she had to do.
