I came across Pooja’s patisserie when I was searching for custom cakes. I messaged via Instagram and texted to inquire. I got a reply right away and my order was for the next day. I sent her the inspo cake and when I picked it up, I was very happy that it turned out so beautifully! I ordered chocolate with caramel and it’s absolute perfection! Everyone loved it and ate everything. I usually leave the outer layer icing when I eat cake but I ate everything with our order. It’s very moist, perfect amount of the caramel and chocolate filling. The sweetness is not overpowering. I’m so happy I came across Pooja’s Pattiserie. 5 star rating for sure!
