I ordered the three tender combo with fries and was really disappointed. The tenders were definitely not fresh at all they were hard, dry, and tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for at least 30 minutes. Instead of being juicy and crispy, they were tough and unpleasant to eat. The fries were just as bad, soaked in old, greasy oil that gave them a nasty aftertaste. The whole meal was very unappetizing and not worth the price.

I made the order at this location. Wings are overcooked! And dry. Also, the chicken wings smelled very bad. A very disgusting smell of oil. Maybe the oil has not been replaced for many days. I won't be coming back to this location at all

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I just placed an Ubereats order at this location for wings, red beans and rice, and 2 biscuits. They're having a promotion on BOGOF on the wings. I got the red beans and rice, the 2 biscuits I ordered, and a box of biscuits I did not order. I didn't receive any wings. Got the sauce for the wings but no wings. The last few times I've ordered or picked up from this location, the food is either severely overcooked and can't be eaten, or it's not fresh and has been sitting for awhile, and my order is hardly ever right.
