Waited 25 minutes at the drive thru just for them to tell me they ran out of chicken. By the time I got to the next place they were closed. 👎👎👎

Every time I come to this location the staff is rude especially the person that works the drive through I’m not sure if it is a woman or a man but their attitude is so horrible!!! The food is NEVER fresh and the chicken is hard as a rock!!! And the sides look like it’s days old and I was just heated up and given to the customer!!! I have been several times at different times and the outcome is always the same!!! If u love ur stomach and don’t want to get food poisoning while receiving poor customer service please do not to come to this location!!! This is a fairly nice area and the food and service should reflect that!!! Something needs to be done ASAP!!!

My order was completely wrong, and it was old and lukewarm at best. Was trying to take home food to my pregnant wife on lunch break and it ended up a huge disappointment for both us like c'mon

Placed an online order for 36 dollars, and not only did you forget the large fries but I ordered mixed and you gave me 4 legs and 1 wing. Did not include dipping sauces for wings or tenders. When I called to discuss this, no one answered the phone so what is the point of having a phone number ? I’m not driving all the way back and I won’t be back.

I order delivery today. Driver shows up without the order. Then tell us to call restaurant. Restaurant does not answer phone. I want my refund. I am going to go to restaurant for my refund . Not happy at all with this service

I got a hankering for some Popeye's for lunch and although the chicken was good, my mac & cheese side was old and unappetizing. The cheese was congealed and sitting in oil. How long had this been sitting there? Was it even from that day? I did not have enough time left on my lunch break to drive back over there, and I shouldn't have to. This is not the quality I expect from Popeye's.

Hate this place. They just can’t get it figured out. I’ve ordered from here twice and they missed getting something into the bag both times. Morons.

Ordered my food to dine in (printed on receipt) but put my food in a bag anyway, when asked for a tray server just gave me another box, but that was not the problem…after sitting down and taking a bite out of my chicken I found a long black hair in my piece of chicken…returned the box back to the counter and asked for the manager. The manager took the box and returned with another box of chicken…refused the food and asked for my $ back in which the manager gave me back with NO apology at all. I will not be returning to this location 🤬

By far the worst service in any fast food chain. I’ve ordered food from here many times. Not a single time I got correct food. My last order of 5 chicken strips came with 3 strips. Every time they messed up the orders by giving completely different food or less food even the stickers showed correct info. Very frustrating. I’m disgusted with this level of service consistently giving wrong or less food. Lesson learned … delayed decision … I will never go there again.

I absolutely HATE this location!! The wait time is ALWAYS long and the order is 90% never correct. The workers NEVVVERRRR answer the phone!!!!!
