I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Popeyes location. I ordered a family meal with eight pieces and specifically asked to swap the wings for drumsticks. The employee assured me they would do it, saying, “Yeah, yeah, yeah, we’re doing it.” But when I got home and checked my order, they had completely ignored my request. Instead of drumsticks, I got a single chicken breast and the other part of the breast that connects to the drumstick—NOT what I asked for.
This wasn’t a simple mistake; it was pure negligence. I took the time to clarify my request, and they assured me it was handled, only for me to get home and find out they didn’t care at all. If they couldn’t make the substitution, they should have just said so instead of misleading me.
To make matters worse, there was no effort to make things right. It’s frustrating to pay for a meal and not get what you ordered, especially when the staff confirms they’ll do it. Terrible service and completely unreliable. I won’t be coming back to this location.

I went there Today the manager was so rude, talking disrespectful to me in front of my grandkids. Just because I told him The chicken was not fresh it was so greasy I simply said light sauce they put so much sauce on the bun I was not able to eat it The chicken skin was not crispy very soggy the skin was slipping off the chicken. The manager Claim it was fresh how is fresh chicken Soggy fresh chicken is very crispy that’s disgusting that Popeyes change so much the chicken use to be so Delicious now it don’t even taste the same it’s disgusting I could’ve went to canes or KFC If I knew, I will be treated disrespectful when I’m spending my money I work hard for and have to spend my money to someone talking crazy to me , i wish I knew the manager name. He was Hispanic male with a dark gray shirt With no name tag That don’t need to be manager,

This location is horrible it should be shut down! They serve old food I went this morning for lunch around 11:15-20 the red beans were spoiled! The chicken was fried yesterday when you a person that love fried chicken you know when it’s old! And that’s unsanitary! One day last week the chicken was pink in the middle and Mac and cheese was days old! I’ll never eat here again! Just nasty

Tables were dirty and management said they wouldn't offer the 2 pieces of chicken and biscuit for my survey I completed because it's not the location I purchased at which is nowhere in the terms and conditions on the reciept
My wife ordered on the app. The family meal was all supposed to be classic but they gave us 16 pieces of spicy chicken instead. My wife and daughters can’t eat spicy so my wife called the store. There was no one who spoke English to help her with the order discrepancy so I got on the phone to let the lady know in Spanish. She instructed me to bring the chicken that had already been to my home, touched by several of my household’s fingers, and even bitten into by myself to test how spicy it was, BACK TO THE RESTAURANT TO EXCHANGE IT FOR CLASSIC CHICKEN! My family was absolutely disgusted thinking who else may have returned chicken for exchange and now are they serving us returned chicken! Once I arrive at the Mason/i10 restaurant they did exchange the spicy chicken for the classic chicken we originally ordered but offered nothing to rectify the situation or inconvenience of me having to drive back through the pouring rain to exchange the chicken. This location was once our favorite, we even drive past another Popeye’s location to reach this specific one, but management has changed and it looks like we will too. I’m looking up the food management laws to see if they were in compliance by taking food back into their restaurant. I sure hope their management team bounces back to excellent business practices and food handling bc the was my family’s favorite meal/location!

Ordered food there 12-5-24 around 8 pm. The chicken tasted old and there was some chicken with no meat just skin and paid over $35 dollars for an order. Maybe tonight was a bad night but the chicken was horrible. I’m leaving one ⭐️ but somehow it’s posting four stars

I can’t say anything about the service or atmosphere because I ordered my food through uber. Received 2 orders of the sweet and spicy wings. Fries were just thrown in a bag, no container or anything. But the worst part was the wings that had me heavily throwing up at 3 am!! I don’t know if the oil is old or if the chicken isn’t being stored in a proper cooling temp but the manager needs to check this location so people don’t get sick!!
