The chicken was hot and seemed fresh. The only problem I had is that I did not get napkins, it seems like they went in the bathroom and tore a piece from a roll and put it in my bag.

I ordered 12 piece family meal and told the girl twice, No Wings, because we don't eat wings. I got home and I see that I got 4 pieces of wings, I tell them to charge me more if they have to, so I can get what I want now it will be waste of food and money. I got there 17minutes before they closed, so I can't return the food, nor do I wish to drive back.

The level of incompetence these workers have is astonishing. I made an online order, not only was the order incomplete, but when I tried to refund the missing items, they refund the entire order. And no, I didn’t get the food. But rather, they gave the food away within 5 minutes of getting the receipt. They didn’t even try to solve anything.

I placed an order via mobile app around 11:20 and to be picked up by 11:45, but when I arrived the order ticket was still on the counter. The female employee was on her phone. I order 32 pieces of chicken, but there were only 25 pieces left. I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to cook some more. When I confronted the male employee - he says mobile order are usually delay (20 minutes)? Also, say because it was New Year Day, they don't have that many chicken prepared. While I was still talking to him, he just walked away - he needs some training in customer's relations. Well not be coming to this location ever!!!!!!!

Terrible service. Pulled in drive through to pick up order and was told to pull forward since they was waiting on fries. Sat in drive through for 20 mins and walked in to ask which I was then told wings were frozen. Terrible place and terrible customer service.

I ordered the 16 piece family meal and asked for more dark meat. The receipt mentions how many pieces of dark (didn’t get my wings). Took them 20 min or so. The chicken was salty, no condiments for the biscuits. I will not be returning to this establishment. There is no customer service at the window nor when they bring out the order to the vehicle. This place has gone down over the last year. Not sure why, maybe new ownership or management.
Very poorly managed Popeyes. They are notorious for messing up orders that you usually don’t find out about until you get home. Do not order after 7pm!!! You’re getting old chicken!!!!!!
