Service was not the best, they could improve

I waited 20 minutes for a pickup order horrible service

I’m always really impressed with the customer service, everyone is very kind and my sub was perfect! Thank you!

Cleanliness is…

My top priority when I look for places to eat. No matter how good the food is- if I’m risking illness- I don’t want it.

I witnessed one of the male workers drop a pair of gloves on the floor, and place them non-chalantly back into the box. FOR FURTHER USE?

That’s disgusting. He was kind enough, but it was clear he had not bathed over a few days due to the strength of his odor.

Not sure if I’ll be back.

Always perfectly damn good. We get the smoked ham and Swiss, and the mamas meatball. ALWAYS SOOOOOOOO PERFECT!!!! Ugggghhh! Keep it up please!

Came here to just eat something for a rush day. They had one veggie melt. I chose multi grain over white bread. It was not bad. You can add more veggies later. Honestly speaking it had too much bread than the stuffing/ veggie inside. Well I guess this is what we get. Place is bustling with people so there is a line during rush hours. I like the interior too. They give special promotion for teachers. This time was grab a cookie or drink after showing teachers badge.

Vegetarian options: Few vegetarian options. However if you go online you will see more options and combinations.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for special friends.

CHANGED MY RATING! Truly wish I could give 0 stars to this place. I should have read the recent reviews before eating here! First and foremost, the person sweeping/cleaning should NOT be also making the sandwiches. There was maybe 5 employees working but one cleaning made the sandwich??? Maybe keep one person who is not cleaning to be handling the customers and making the sandwiches only. Then when I get the sandwich it was AWFUL and the worst sandwich I have ever got from potbelly. They barely put any meat or toppings… I’m talking maybe 1 slice of turkey? Maybe 2? The row of meat I’m used to seeing was not there let’s just say that… yet the guy adding the toppings didn’t hesitate to add an UNCANNY amount of mayo. My sandwich was flat, full of mayo, and inedible for me. My fiance asked if I had ordered a tuna fish sandwich bc it was so soggy and full of mayo. Disgusting. It went right in the trash after a few bites. I want my money back.

Food was good is better at other locations but the service is atrocious. The employees are rude and didn’t acknowledge me until I asked them to.

The workers were rude and negligent. They didn’t try to help us when we had questions. It was a girl with dark brown hair and a guy with blonde hair. They rudely directed us to check the menu and had an attitude when we couldn’t find what we were looking for. Way different service than other locations. Food was fine though, the service just sucked.

Bit into my sandwich and bit into something hard, don't think bread, ham, lettuce, mustard and cheese are hard things so I guess a rock was added to my order, now my mouth is sore.

This is one of the few places that I see the managers and employees working as a solid team to service their customers. It is the Potbelly in Cinco Ranch Blvd in Katy, TX. They are fast and they don’t miss a thing when they serve because (and you can see this just standing in line) they all complement and help each other when serving. They are polite and professional, of course, the food is great, but the customer treatment is always more important, keep up the great work!!
