God forbidden! Such a beautiful coffee place and nice service. Unfortunately the drinks just taste very bad. How comes the owner eye such a beautiful location with unique decor and can’t just put a little bit more effort into improving the taste of the drinks? If only if they can taste just as good as Starbucks, doesn’t need to taste better, I would be there a lot more often!

I love the way the manager/another worker (Im not sure) solved our problem but the worker’s manner here is so unprofessional. We came at 4 PM and waited for 1h for our cake, we’ve asked the worker to bring our cake out because we couldn’t wait no more. She said ok so we waited for 20 more mins until we decided to come in and about to complain then i saw another worker maybe the manager came up to us and said sorry and gave us our cakes. But still, im really upset with that worker’s attitude. Add: Im asian and there was a group of family that im pretty sure are Americans, they came after me but got their cake even earlier than me so i don’t know if there even racism in this story. Thats it, the cake, drink is good, really good so im still recommend this place.

First time I visited this coffee shop. Not super impressed with the customer service. Ordered to-go matcha latte with honey but they put so little powder that it was tasteless of matcha but like milky foam and water. So I asked for an extra scoop, and they changed their attitude and the second cup is still tasteless. Starbucks matcha latte is way better. The Christmas decoration is nice so I gave a 3-star overall.

I visited this coffee shop for the first time, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. I asked a waiter for creamer, and I was rudely told to get it myself. When I went inside, the barista assured me she would bring it to my table, but no one ever did. By the time I finished my coffee, the creamer never arrived. To make matters worse, I paid $7 for a regular coffee and received this kind of poor service. Completely disappointing experience!

Really cute place and nice view but the baked goods we got were the worst i think I’ve ever had…the blueberry muffin was stale and tasted like something you can get from a gas station. The almond croissant was also not fresh. We didn’t eat either of them…

Sooo...the craziest thing just happened...
I was at the very much empty dog Cafe with my 2 other grown adult family members. We had placed an order for 3 coffees and 2 baked goods. While waiting for our order my companions decided to lie down on the couches where we were sitting. All of the sudden the manager aggressively came over to reprimand them for lying down and removed the menus while asking "have you even ordered?!"
After the shock of what just happened we decided to cancel our order. When we went to cancel the order the same manager kept her back to my family member while forcing her put out employee to intercept an obviously upset customer. Very much middle management energy. The unfortunate bit of this entire encounter is that this wasn't the first, second, or even third time frequenting this establishment. They have now ensured that this was definitely the last time we will attempt to spend money there.
I found this place very cute, it has some beautiful doggy accessories and clothing.
They also have some desserts for the pets and I think my dog would love them.
Humans desserts are average. I recommend going some other place if you don’t have a pet and want a sweet treat of good quality.

I’d give it a 2 start, but after going to this place 3x , and having the same service. It’s a no, we sat outside, no one greeted us, finally after 10 minutes, someone came out. Then waited another 25 min, no one came back. Service is terrible. Cute cafe, but that’s about it. If they sold better food, and had better service, I would go back. But after this experience, nothing has changed.
