I was looking for a cozy tea place to come study. This is it! Very cozy, friendly and excellent service. They have a new deal now Ramen with free tea. They sell vietnamese coffee with boba.

Definitely worth going compared to other competitors in their area. The flavors are bright and not mediocre like other places. I wish they had order online options for delivery though. My lunch breaks aren’t long enough. So I save my visits for the weekends. Worth the wait!

Me and my family have been coming here for awhile now😍😊 We adore the place!! Closest one in our neighborhood of Fry road and hwy 529🚗🚦 Even though I noticed the cups got smaller🤨🫣🥴We still appreciate the neighborhood coffee shop☕☕🍵🍵🧋🧋🥤🥤 They are so nice, sweet and accommodating for the community🖤🤎☺️😊 I am assuming that's the owner I always speak to, when I am trying to get my free stuff military discount or use my coupons...
