The restaurant theme is fun. The animatronics, the visual and audible elements, and the jungle foliage and water features are captivating. We had six grand nieces and nephews with us, ages 1-15, they were delighted with the experience. The service was slow, maybe understaffed? Our waiter, Deshaun, served several tables in our area one was a birthday party of about 20. When he was with us he was grand and provided undivided attention. He followed through with our requests with out falter but with some delay. The food, was okay. It was not inexpensive for chicken nuggets, hotdogs, and pizza. We understand we're praying for the ambiance. We purchased the Abundance Appetizer Platter, this seemed as if it was purchase from Sam's wholesale club. My wife and the 15 niece shared the Caribbean Trio; my wife's comment was, “It's okay.”I had the pot roast, which was good. The kids had fun, this we enjoyed our evening, yup, we were there two hours with the little ones. Overall, it was good times.

if i could give them 0 i would. the food was decent but the manager rude as hell. The waiter messed up our payment and ran mine and another random customers card. So $97 was taken from my card and my bank NOT PENDING and he got mad at me and an attitude. He also ran my card again for $146 and said my bank will figure out the refund. He was so rude…so sad because my kid was having fun till everyone heard the manager get upset with me for a mistake his waiter did. Also very expensive place cheese cake is right next door i’ll go there next time. Very disappointed in the service :( Such a bad manager,

Ally was our server,she was amazing great service.The noise level was moderate but you could still hear the other person talking,there were a lot of birthdays there going on at the time we went.The food and drinks was great, me and my friend had fried shrimp and grilled shrimp and it was delicious.

Ok we absolutely LOVED this Rainforest Cafe in Katy! We normally go to the Galveston location but explored this one for a Dora Breakfast event and it was phenomenal!!! The breakfast plate and server were a 10/10 & I really liked that the kids could take pics with Dora and they even had a craft table that was included in the ticket price and they had a raffle with multiple winners!! Highly recommend this location and parking is FREE!!! - @thathoustonmom

I payed $150 for a pre cooked breakfast that was tasteless, eggs were cold and most of our plates stayed there. Horrible service waiter told us he didn’t have a menu. Receipt said suggested gratuity and they forced the gratuity, manager Robert told me the same thing. Horrible food, horrible service, and gratuity still forced should be illegal. Literally paid $150 for a nasty breakfast
