The restaurant theme is fun. The animatronics, the visual and audible elements, and the jungle foliage and water features are captivating. We had six grand nieces and nephews with us, ages 1-15, they were delighted with the experience. The service was slow, maybe understaffed? Ally was our server,she was amazing great service.The noise level was moderate but you could still hear the other person talking,there were a lot of birthdays there going on at the time we went.The food and drinks was great, me and my friend had fried shrimp and grilled shrimp and it was delicious.

Ok we absolutely LOVED this Rainforest Cafe in Katy! We normally go to the Galveston location but explored this one for a Dora Breakfast event and it was phenomenal!!! The breakfast plate and server were a 10/10 & I really liked that the kids could take pics with Dora and they even had a craft table that was included in the ticket price and they had a raffle with multiple winners!! Highly recommend this location and parking is FREE!!! - @thathoustonmom
