This is one of our favorite places to go for chicken. However, the "music" being played was too loud, subsequently our order was screwed up because of difficulty in communicating.We have asked it to be turned down in the past during previous visits. Serious Manager issues here.

First timer. I only ordered chicken strips and some cane sauce. Used the driver through. Chicken was fantastic but wasn't crazy for the overly hyped up sauce. Wait wasn't too long & my order was hot. Would definitely go again.

It is the worst customer service from a Raising Cannes in Houston and surroundings, I love Cannes and their food but sadly is the one that is near me. I prefer this location would close and travel 40 min to the next one before coming in here again. For every 3 times I have come here , 2 of them involves a bad attitude from the employees.
They messed up my order, and I spoke to a man, he told me next time I go to just give them my name. I guess he didn't write it down in the books. Because I just called to go on my lunch break and they said they can't find my name so they won't be fixing my order.
