This store if by far the worst when it comes to DoorDash orders!! 9/10 the food is wrong! Today 3/26/25 I made an order and the dasher told me that there was a bunch of students, and they couldn’t even get in! It was crowded! This store has no limits when it comes to students. Never been so upset with a restaurant like this one!

I went through the drive through and was greeted with “Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo, what can I do for you?”, whoever that worker is he deserves a raise. All the workers I talked to were super nice and provided fast service.

There sause is okay but there food is really good. Eat it all
I was the only person standing in front of the line, I waited 10 minutes for them to take my order, the cashier was with 2 other people taking the online orders and from the drive thru no one attended the front, I came with my family to eat and the the tables were dirty, the AC was off or something too hot inside, I asked the cashier if she would help me to get my order and the girl with the hat who was in front gave me attitude saying “give me one minute” after I been waiting for too long already, I have never had anything like this service in any other canes location. I always go to the Fulshear location and they are very friendly but I was in the area and passed by this location but it is the first and last time in this location. Look for another location, don't come here with your families if they won't help you or they would give you an attitude. If you don’t like to help customers consider looking for another job.

The fries were fine and the toast was little on the darker side. The chicken smelled and tasted different than any other time I went, and my brother told me it smelled like weed. He said it smells like someone dropped a cigar in the deep fryer. Hope that’s not the case.
Chicken so good it was raising my cane, if you know what I mean. 😏
Parking: Parking was normal, just park the damn car.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp for handycapable people :)

Sometimes people just go above and beyond the call of duty and today was a prime example of that. Visiting from the U.K. for the fourth time I’ve developed a serious love for this chain and what it represents. I love the merchandise also and there’s a specific bucket hat on sale at the moment which is sold out online. Being from the U.K. I haven’t been able to buy it before leaving and merch isn’t sold in store. I popped into our local branch this morning on the off chance that we could grab an ex display one. John, manager on duty at the time said this probably wouldn’t be possible but was incredibly friendly, we ordered a few fingers for a snack and while we waited, he came back out front to say that he’d organised for someone to drive a hat over to us from storage that I’d be able to buy. Big thank you to John, what a great guy!
