To be honest, this is my favorite chicken place but not tonight. I know you all busy but I don’t feel I am treated as a regular customer. I will come back but still very low expectations on customer service.
The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The staff walked by to check on us and asked how the food was and if we needed anything , such as a refill on drinks or if we were done with our food containers they would be happy to take it and move it out of our way.

To me, their chicken is mid and not seasoned all that well. Case in point: If the BEST thing people like about your chicken establishment is the sauce you dip the chicken in, your chicken might not be that great. If these conditions best thing they like is the toast, then you're really in trouble.
