Horrible take out process. Uber order made and they said driver picked it up when driver never picked up. The order they said they cancelled on their side but never was. The lie to say the uber driver took it and didn’t report it as picked up is just so disappointing for a food business. Stay honest to your customers and your food drivers.
Response to owner. Who you spoke with was me, the driver. My first language is English, I am American, and I understood you clearly and responded to you and you understood me as we had a clear conversation. Please stop making up stories and being dishonest. You told me the order was cancelled because you were closing but yet reported it to Uber that it got picked up when it didn’t? That is in your control because you lied. And that is not showing honest customer service to your food drivers who because of this would not want to take orders or come to your restaurant in future.
