The last time we dined at Red Lobster in Katy, Texas was Feb. 2020 right before the coronavirus so we did not know what to expect. Originally we had a reservation for ten adults and had to change the reservation to fewer adult. Red Lobster was very helpful with that changing the number of adults. Two of us were an hour early for our reservation and we asked them if we could order appetizers and drinks so that is what we did. Once all in our party got there we were pleasantly surprised with how fast our food was ready from the time we ordered. Our appetizers were very hot and fresh and one person ordered soup as a appetizer and that was also very hot and fresh too. All of our main dishes tasted very good and they were hot and fresh too. One of us got dessert and that was ice cream and cake which the ice cream was very cold and tasted wonderful and the cake with the ice cream tasted so very good and that was hot and fresh too. All of us were there for about three hours or may be a little longer and Red Lobster was very helpful with that too. We would suggest if you have a huge big party (ten adults and kids or more) to make a reservation through www.OpenTable. Com and we had to call Red Lobster to make changes to the number in our group and they were very helpful with that. Our wonderful family birthday celebration for two adults was very nice. Thank You Red Lobster for making our evening an event we will remember for a lifetime.

Our waitperson Joahquin was a delight! He was very friendly & professional and a great smile! He knew the menu as we asked several questions on the specials. We frequent this RL location and have never been disappointed.

This location is great! Quick service and our server Ismail was really personable and attentive. They don’t have Diet Dr. Pepper here but I forgive them 😌
