Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews is a solid spot for burgers. The hamburgers are great—juicy, flavorful, and cooked right—and the service has always been friendly and attentive when I’ve been there. The only downside is that prices have gone up quite a bit compared to before, but overall it’s still a good place to grab a burger and enjoy a meal. 🍔

It was my first time ever in a red robin. The atmosphere was very quiet as we went on Christmas Eve. Service was 10/10 our server was super nice , gave good recommendations and kept our cups full. She explained the meal and sides and the food was a 10/10. We ordered a cheese stick appetizer which was really good. I also ordered a jalapeno heat wave and my husband ordered the southern charm and BOTH were so good. We did call before we went and there was someone by the name of Brittany that picked up the phone that wasn't that kind and sounded annoyed I even called so that wasn't pleasant. But the place seemed to be clean and orderly

Food was good and service was not bad. The issue is really have is that when did the burgers shrink? Not been since before we were all told to stay home as a whole country, but thought today was the day. It was still good food, but $1.79 to add what amounts to 1/3rd of a jalapeño....someone make that cost make sense please, cause I cannot. I'll start carrying a jalapeño in my pocket for outings.

My friends & I have Delightful meals here. The staff works hard for your satisfaction. Fresh fried fish, shrimp. Grilled salmon , new line of Steakhouse burgers that are quire good. We have been pleased by the staff . The vegetarian burger curated by them is very good. The milkshakes & fish are delicious . Love Jennifer ask for her - great job - made sure all our requests were met. We love that they easily accommodate large groups. We love to get together for a movie then come here after. Perry provided great service. The food was hot, fresh, & delicious... from the Queso appetizer to the burgers & drinks. If a burger is judged by how messy it is to eat, then both get top awards! My husband loved the garlic fries, too.
