Classic American staple. They always accommodate special dietary needs, which we had recently with our nephew. Great food and service!
Dietary restrictions: They accommodate gluten free very well with a separate fryer and GF buns. They also can help with dairy free. Never had any issues.

Mikella is an awesome host. Food is always prompt and fresh. Drinks are consistent and atmosphere is always welcoming and friendly. I regularly get the BLTA croissant that is light, flakey and delicious. And their Royal Red Robin burger with an egg on top is a must have. Their unlimited french fries are a great value.

Our visit at red robin was fantastic i haven't visited this location i used to frequent the location close to whestheimer our server angel did a magnificent job i will most definitely come in again to eat at the katy location!

Food is ok. Always so hot the other items of food are gelled together by the time you eat it because it’s plated scolding hot. Portions are also massive. Might just split a meal next time if we come back.

Food was great. Got seated right away; only two other parties seated when we arrived. Server, Gilbert, rattled menu info WAY too fast. Attitude was meh. I would have let it go except we waited 15 min after our meal to get the check and the to-go box my aunt requested. In fact, they never came. As I returned from the restrooms I saw Gilbert straight chilling in the other dining area eating a meal of his own. Guess he was on break. We had no idea. No other servers were assigned to us to help us wrap up our visit. My cousin went to grab the manager or hostess to get the check and a box. I grew up with Red Robin. This location is nicer than the ones I’m used to in PNW and Alaska, but service was not great. Food was great though.
