Ordered a Turtle Sundae $5.75 gave the girl a $10 bill and she asked me if I wanted my CHANGE??? Besides handing me my sundae through a window, what service did she provide??? Tipping has gotten out of hand these days. Most people tip for good service but in my opinion there has to be some service provided to warrant a tip. Taking an order, and handing me the product out the window is not it.

My first visit to this place was about a month ago and the staff was different than what I saw today April 7, 2024. The turtle Sunday that I got was horrible today just a taste of ice cream and that’s it. I only came back, because the first one was fantastic. I will not be returning.Thank you,

I wasn’t at the store - but they came to a charity bike ride I did and had a table. So it was free ice cream post workout, but still … Butter pecan was delicious. Guys serving were super nice. It was great.
One of my favorite places to visit. Today was disappointing. All the tables were very dirty. You can tell they haven't been cleaned in a while. Limited flavors available, and then my order was wrong. Didn't even offer to fix it. Hoping they fix things.

Can't beat Ritter's. Frozen custard is the superior dessert and no one does it better. Love that they have new flavors every day! It's also really nice that they have the food trucks available. You can get dinner and dessert.

Went around 7:45 pm on 2/5 and the service was horrible. I ordered a turtle sundae and they didn’t put any fudge or caramel. My friend ordered her ice cream without whipped cream and it still had it. The guy working the window with curly hair shoved the bag at us and closed the window. Love the ice cream usually but this was a bad experience.
