Manager hung up on me tonight after I said to cancel my delivery order because after calling twice to ask where my pizza was, he told me it was going to take 1 hr and 20min (or more) to get my order instead of the 45 min it said when I ordered. Keep up the great service guys.

Ordered takeout (medium pizza and side salad) on Halloween evening. It took over an hour because only two people were working that night. I gave them an extra tip for their hard work but didn't understand why only two people were working on a night that would be busy for ordering pizza. Management (or ownership) should have planned better. The Canadian bacon on the pizza was also chewy with fat.

Even the delivery drivers were waiting a long time, which is more problematic than my situation because they had customers to deliver food to. I have ordered here many times but won't anymore.

This Russo’s is a great place overall, the food, atmosphere, and friendly staff is the icing on top of the cake.

I usually don't comment much, but on this occasion it's worth it. If you're looking for a cozy place with good food, this is the place. The treatment was excellent, the girl who assisted us was very friendly and very attentive. My kids loved the menu because they have a kids menu. We ordered a delicious shrimp pizza. Cuba in the house
