Ordered breakfast and salad for lunch. Receipt was correct but order was wrong and it wasn’t noticed until I got back to work with no time to go back for the correct order.

The manager of this store is a joke, like horrid!
My husband went in to get myself and my two daughters a salad. We told him no protein , sub avocado. The kid there refused so he paid extra for avocado for 3 salads and got the chicken on the side. Got home and no avocado in any salad even though was charged.
Then, two of the three salads had a ton of long brown hairs. My girls were pulling it out of their teeth and upon inspection there was about 40 plus hairs in two salads. Almost like someone brushed their hair or cleaned out thier heartbrush over the bowls. They were all more to the bottom like it was in the bowls, not the ingredients.
I called the manager to let her know so she could look around and check, and she pretty much got nasty with me accusing me of lying. Not sure what I have to gain by making that up but okay ….. I am a local Katy business owner and always appreciate when clients reach out if something isn’t right in our shop. I always want to know!
That is the route I tried but since the manager was defensive , rude and could have cared less , here’s a review instead.
Do better finding someone to run your store.

Whenever you need a pick me up, Salad and Go is the place to go! They have top notch lemonade and the green enchilada chili hit the spot. The service from Ava and Ella was A tier and would highly recommend!

Oh wow!! I'm very impressed. As a first time visitor, the food here is very fresh! I ordered 'the beet goes on' salad with a cucumber mint lemonade--delicious! Portions are fulfilling and for a good price. $10. It's hard to find a decent fast food, healthy meal nowadays for >_$10! This place is coming for salata's spot, in my book! #cheers 🙂

I couldn’t have summed it up any better myself plus I wanted to add one thing When your making an order you can add a name for them to write on your order and I (cause why not) added the name as Mr.Man just to see what they would think. The person who made the order did something that made my day… they added/drew a little stick figure with a hat with an arrow pointing to him saying Mr.Man. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I will never forget about this thank you to whoever you are we need more people in the world like you!

We got a build your own salad and the Jalepeno Ranch Salad. There were barely any toppings and the leaves tasted like sand. These were absolutely the worst salads we've ever had. It was just filled with sand tasting lettuce
