Since I moved to this area 2 months ago, I have been ordering via Salata app, from this location. On my last order, I had a regular salad delivered, paid for extra dressing and NO dressing was in my bag (not even the 2 that come with the meal). I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager (a female), she offered an “apology” however it was very insincere and I could tell she did not care. She told me she would refund my order or I could pick up the dressing myself; that’s the purpose of requesting delivery service! It would not have been a big deal, it was just her tone and lack of care regarding my issue, that I did no care for. This location just lost a regular customer. I will be ordering from a different location, from now on. Oh and I never did get that refund!

Got an order to go and I got barely any toppings. Paid 50 bucks for two salads and basically got two bowls of lettuce. Not worth the money at all.

If you want hard rock quinoa when you get home after a pickup you placed ahead of time this it is the place for you. It's an upcharge and they can't be bothered to cook it properly. What saddens me the most is that we need more places like this. Unfortunately I always place my orders to go and come pick it up only to have them forget about it or only get to it when I get here. This has been happening for years now. They only have had it ready once or twice.
So healthy, what an excellent idea for an easy to digest food venue franchise. Can’t get enough! Thank you God for a healthy restaurant like this one.

I always pick Salata for their fresh ingredients, delicious meats, and unique dressings. You can customize your salad or wrap with your preference of veggies or fruits. I recommend asking for a sample of their dressings. Their fresh herb is to die for. Ginger lime, Chipotle, or Mango are so delicious, too. You can always mix dressings, too. We went on for dinner and, like always, their servers are really friendly and attentive to your needs. I also recommend trying their team and lemonade. They are really good. The place is always clean. It's definitely the best salad bar. Recommended 100%

Been coming here for lunch a lot recently. The food is always pretty fresh and high quality. The staff are friendly and I think this place did a good job hiring people who care and have friendly attitudes.
