Terrible service, I came and 3 people were just sitting around doing nothing, and they had no customers. I place an order for pick up and the told me it wasn’t ready after taking forever to even say hello. They made a walk ins customers salad before mine and I’m still waiting. Over 30 mins for a pick up order that should have been ready by the time I got there.

I’m a regular Salata customer and usually order through Uber Eats, where there’s often a “Buy 1, Get 1 Free” offer. Yesterday I saw a sponsored Instagram ad promoting the same deal, so today I decided to visit the Mason Rd location in person.
Before ordering, I confirmed with the cashier that the offer was still available, and she said yes. Based on that confirmation, I ordered my second “free” salad. However, when I went to pay, I was suddenly asked to show the ad on my phone. Of course, I didn’t save the ad—who does? I even tried searching for it, but couldn’t find it quickly, so I ended up paying full price.
I left feeling misled. If I had been told before ordering that I needed to present the ad, I would never have ordered a second salad. I specifically confirmed the deal, and only afterward was I told about this requirement.
I’m disappointed—not because I paid for a second salad, but because it felt like I was pushed into an order I wouldn’t have made if the information had been clear upfront. Fool me once, shame on you; there won’t be a second time. You lost a customer over something completely avoidable.
Edit: What a funny coincidence that the sponsored ad shows up again. This time I made sure to save!!

If I could... I would give 6 stars! Lolli, at this location, is always polite and makes a great salad! The ingredients are consistently fresh and the environment is top notch! I highly recommend this Mason road location and Salata as a delicious healthy food choice!!

I ordered an $18 salad and unfortunately found a hair in it, which was disappointing. However, I want to give credit where it’s due the manager on duty handled the situation with kindness and professionalism. They were quick to issue a refund and made sure I felt heard and respected. Mistakes can happen, and the way this one was handled shows they truly care about their customers. I appreciate the great service and will give them another chance in the future.
