The food is good, of course! When I walked in today to get a Salata , the people that were working today were so rude to me! They rolled their eyes at me. They didn’t Welcome me they all had attitudes! And they were trying to rush me through the line and I was trying to decide on what I want on my salad! When I walk in into business, I expect them to welcome you and not rush you and say thank you for coming! And ask if you would like anything else on your salad respectfully! I don’t like to put up with people In mistreating you in a business I expect more than this as a loyal customer and paying almost $16 for a salad!

Hello! I just wanted to commend the team working on the evening of March 20th, consisted of Raquel at the beginning of the station, she had a very sweet demeanor. Alexis was the one who primarily built my order (a wrap) and she is also one of my favorite employees at Salata! She is very kind, approachable and has excellent customer service. Anytime of day upon visiting she keeps up her positive attitude and welcoming aura. I’m currently 5 months pregnant and have been going to this location for the past month after being disappointed with a different location for too long and Alexis is definitely one of the reasons I always return back to this location. Anytime she makes my order I always get in a better mood from the interaction and full afterwards which is how you should feel after spending 20$ for a meal! Kris was the one to wrap my order and did so very efficiently and warmly like her coworkers, and one of my other favorite employees was also working that night, Mayra on register! She is THE sweetest and warmest woman I’ve encountered in food service so far! She helped me to start using my app to earn my points when I’ve had it for a while but just forgot to start using it, and have been shopping at Salata (different location) for over a year. But now just within the past month I’ve been earning points and rewards! The service was so exceptionally excellent so close to closing time that I felt moved to tip higher than the highest option available on the tip options given. All of these women deserve a note of recognition for their wonderful work ethic and customer service. Every time I visit it’s a joy, but I was worried and felt bad to arrive so close to closing time, and the customer service I experienced completely wiped away any fears I’d had, and I left in a wonderful mood with amazingly delicious food for dinner. Thank you Salata at Cinco Ranch, and thank you very very much, Raquel, Alexis, Kris, and Mayra! Will definitely return and continue to recommend this location to everyone I come across! Sincerely, a first time mom incredibly thankful for delicious and healthy food, and incredibly warm and welcoming service! <3
