The restaurant is very casual. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will say the food is delicious too. It’s nice to have such a variety of foods to choose from. It is counter service and you pick up your order when it’s ready. Everything is served on to-go plates allowing me to believe this restaurant’s primary business is to-go platters. You’ll definitely get your money’s worth as you will very likely have 2 to 3 meals from each visit. Take your honey with you and pick something you can both share. You can get out of there spending less than $20 for the both of you.

We live in the neighborhood and have been loyal customers since Sans opened. It used to be our family go-to place - hearty food, generous portions, and reasonable prices. However, they recently raised their prices and at the same time, reduced the portions. Now it is not so great. I would say it is good, but not excellent; the service is still excellent though; that hasn't changed. Today I picked up an order and the container was mostly filled with rice; very little meat and vegetables.

My husband & I ordered from here for the first time via Doordash and it will be our last! Ugh.... Arrived with soy sauce in the bottom of bag which got all over everything. We also got sick. Our stomachs are cramping/gas pains & both don't feel well.

We eat at San here and there. The customer service is great, never experienced it lacking. Love the house rice, sometimes it’s a little dry but duck sauce; although I do feel like they skimped on the shrimp this order as well but, it’s not common.. The bbq ribs are always a part of the order. Some days they’re more tender but the flavor is always there. The San roll is also pretty damn good, never misses. Not sure how many know of this spot but, it’s a GEM.
