I was really impressed with Noah who took care of me this evening. The pastrami Reuben is amaze-balls. The service was incredible and reasonably fast - meaning the food wasn’t pre-cooked. Five stars for food and service. The atmosphere is clean, but this is not be the best place for a date as it has a fast-food vibe.

For someone moderately skinny like me, i can only finish it half.
i felt like something was missing in this sandwich more cheese? Or sauce? Idk it's bland.
for the bread (may i know what kind of bread is that?) it tastes like chewy cake?

My mom has an obsession with this place. They always are kind and professional. Always get the order right and they work like a well oiled machine even with a full house and more coming in by the second. With the drive through out to the street. Mom was happy her sandwich was correct as usual and it was the craving she wanted after knee surgery.

My wife and I ate lunch here with our two Grandsons. My wife and I each had a small original Schlotzky's sandwich. My wife also had a chocolate chip cookie. Our Grandsons each had a Cheese Pizza Kids Meal with mini chocolate chip cookies and a kids drink. Our younger Grandson had a mini Cinnabon cinnamon roll for dessert.

Made order wrong and refused to remake it. Alex the owner should remake things that HIS staff made wrong. I was told to take pictures and bring in receipt, but. Because Alex could not be reached on the phone nobody could do anything. The guy that was there was very nice and i understand that he couldn’t do anything, but the assistant manager was there. Luckily I still have the pizza in the refrigerator. But will be returning it not refrigerated. Purchased on the 10th horrible customer service.

If u want food poisoning go here and order the cinnamon rolls!!!!!!!!!! I usually don’t type up reviews at all, but the cinnamon rolls were undercooked in the middle and I got food poisoning from it. Just writing this to let other people know….

I eat here with my Dad about once a week, we always enjoy the good sandwiches but have come to realize that you really must check your ticket..about half of our visits we find we were charged wrong or what we got was not what we ordered..they seem nice enough but either do not hear well or do not understand English very well..be sure to look at your receipt when you pay. Also, be aware that when you order the Duo meal, which is half a sandwich and half of a salad or soup, some of the items on the menu have a strike by them..they will charge you $1 extra on each of those choices...and believe me, this place is already pretty pricey...so pay attention or you'll end up spending more here than you would at a steakhouse.
