"Ordered a large dark roast and ended up with what can only be described as 'colored dirty dish water.' If I wanted disappointment in a cup, I'd have a truck stop gas station brew it. Scooter's, you really missed the roast on this one!"

I came to this particular Scooter’s and the menu outside was off because of a outage so my order was given to me incorrectly. I proceeded to ask for a change to where the cashier said we made it and I have to charge you. I have a dairy allergy and she said not my problem I said the menu doesn’t work she said not my problem. I come to scooters 2-3 times a week you have lost a patriot.
