I love Scooters Coffee! They have some really great flavor options that a lot of the mainstream coffee chains don't carry. I also appreciate that whenever I go to scooters I'm essentially a supporting a small business and their employees are always very nice.

We come here almost every day, and the customer service is always top-notch! The staff is super friendly and really knowledgeable about the menu. They never miss a beat with our order. Our favorites are the Caramelicious Bender, Maple Caramelicious Bender, and the Dual Red Bull Infusion with Blue Raspberry and Pomegranate Peach. Every drink is made perfectly every time. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for great drinks and even better service! 💯👏

Absolute crap, I paid $6.80 for half a cup of cold brew without ice. Usually, when I say without ice at other coffee shops, the cup is at least somewhat filled. The cup here was literally halfway filled, and taste was subpar.

I've come to this Scooter's Coffee location since they have opened, however I have noticed that since a change of staff and especially management over the course of the last year, the service and quality of the beverages and food have shown a continuous decline and it shows that the corporation pays no attention to it. I have been told that this location is owned by Scooter's Coffee corporate, which is truly a shame considering the poor management. When I last came through, I received and was charged for a large drink although I explicitly asked for small. They made it nearly impossible to get a refund so that I could be charged correctly, so I just let it go. When I was telling the girl that I've been coming since you guys opened and have seen a drastic change in the management of this store, she told me that the Store Manager has a romantic relationship with a barista. That was by far the most baffling thing I have ever heard while talking to a customer service representative in a drive-thru. I've lost all hope for this company and will not be returning.

It’s run by incompetent staff. In two instances, I ordered a small drink but the staff gave me a large and charged for it. She conveniently said oh I’m sorry I got it wrong. If you got it wrong, then why do I have to pay for your mistake? If it happened once, I’d understand. It happened twice. The coffee is very bland and subpar. It’s overpriced too, feels like they are competing with Starbucks prices. I’ll definitely not be coming back and won’t recommend.

So I’ve been looking for coffee places to try in my area and looking at the menu for scooters. The caramelicous looked pretty good so I thought I’d give that a try. Sad to say it is the equivalent of gas station coffee. It is definitely not froth milk and espresso. Taste like it was poured right out of a machine and whipped cream was thrown on top of it. No chance that I will ever go back to a scooters.

Have been coming here for a year multiple times a week anf and the customer service is getting worse and worse. Also, DOES CORPORATE TRAIN THE WORKERS NOT TO GIVE RECEIPTS??

STILL havent received any correspondence back from the “contact us” feedback I submitted. Im hoping the ownership isnt as bad as the customer service at this location.

used to be good with different management and staff. the new staff just straight out lazy, they waste your time, can’t even fix their new paying methods anymore. place is going down hill, just go somewhere else. done with this place so many issues!

I just ordered from the drive thru service. I ordered a hot chai tea latte. I am not going to lie I did not specify what size I wanted. The young lady did not even bother to ask me what size I wanted and assumed I wanted a large size. I get to the window and I asked what size this was and her response was your order is large if you do not specify. That dissapointed me in so many ways but I took my drink anyways. That is taking advantage of people’s pockets. Now you know damn well everyone has different pockets and just because I can afford a large drink does not give the facility the reason to just assume everyone wants a Large drink. The young lady still had the nerve to tell me to have a good day even after seeing the disgust on my face from her service, instead of saying would you like a smaller size. I will NOT be returning to this scooters on fry and saums road. I hope management sees this bad review and corrects this by training their staff with better customer service. That was very poor service on their part. I love Black Rock Coffee customer service 100X better.

My first time coming here and there were FLYS in my cup, I’m extremely mad. I WILL NEVER GET COFFEE FROM HERE EVER AGAIN. ILL STICK TO STARBUCKS , I would post pictures but once I saw the flies I through the cup out the window.
