Ive been here a lot of times and its typically really great. Ive even recommended it to friends for them to go out on dates or church gatherings. I went on a friday and the one thing i have to say is that I may not come back after this. The restaurant was pretty busy, makes sense for a Friday. But they were so unbelievably understaffed there was only 3 people working the front and it was really only 1 person taking orders. Meat took FOREVER to come out we waited over 40 minutes for our rounds and it felt that the meat was just really small too. Plates were never cleaned up from the tables, drinks and soups were never asked to be refilled. I saw other customers were also getting frustrated by the lack of service. Everyone had to constantly get up to just find anyone that could possibly help them only to be told "please wait". Im pretty sure I saw a few people dine and dash just because it was so hard to get noticed. Theyve been doing very well so I hope this is just a rough patch for them.

Tasted 4 different broths, all watery and flavorless. They have lots of options to pick from and a dip bar. The meats had a weird gritty texture.

The price of the all you can eat shabu is worth every penny. You get to choose from different thinly sliced meats ranging from pork, beef, chicken, and lamb. The seafood selection was of good quality and had a very good variety. I left very happy and loved the sweet staff there. They were so helpful with explaining how the menu works and what their go to's were. 10/10 will return!

This place advertised as a kbbq but I would expect it to be majority hotpot as all of the buffet ingredients were mostly for hotpot. Don't expect the usual banchan with kbbq. What I thought was really weird was that they were adamant on us using the parchment paper on the grill for kbbq, so your meat never got a sear. It was like waiting for your meat to bake instead. I totally forgot to take pictures. If you don't mind their style then it's a good place. I was just thrown off with the fact that they would only change out the parchment paper instead of the grill. Maybe for the cold season, I'd probably come back and try the hotpot and not kbbq.

The meat was all extremely thin sliced. We had to order 6 plates of 4 different kinds of meats. The open bar with seafood and vegetables was better than the meats. Also, they automatically add gratuity no matter the size of your party and then ask for an additional tip on top of the 20% they already gave themselves. Don't usually expect that kind of tip at a buffet, and on top of that, you are cooking your own food.

Vegetarian options: They have two very large bars of just fresh vegetables. This was the only good thing about this place.

Kid-friendliness: Kids did get a kick out of cooking their food at the table, but for the price probably won't go back.

Having lived here for ten years, I can confidently say that Shabu Town is one of the most impressively disappointing dining experiences I've had. While the food is undeniably fresh, the taste is far from enjoyable. It’s shockingly bad, especially considering the high prices. For what you pay, you’d expect something much more flavorful, but instead, it’s bland and unsatisfying. The fact that the food was so unappetizing compelled me to write this review—it’s that bad. If you're looking for good shabu-shabu, there are far better options elsewhere. Save your money!

We have been excited to try hot pot and Korean bbq places like this but when we sat down waiting for service we looked in bottom of the hot pot and there was a live roach crawling around so we just left

I went there with my friends, and I really had a great time! It was kept clean, and service was really good. They were nice, and was patient with us. The food was also great. There was a variety of food like seafood, noodles, vegetables, and etc. I'll definitely go again.

Thursday night was a nice calm night to come to this place. The service was very nice and attentive. The grilling side was more crowded than the hot pot side, but the hot pot side is much larger. They have a large room for parties in the back that could probably hold about 30+ people.

When we entered the the restaurant, it was very clean. We were see it by the hostess who was very very nice. Our first impression was that there was so much variety and that the place was very clean. There's a wide variety of vegetables and seafood. And if you want meet they will bring it out as you need it. That's all-you-can-eat at one price. I highly recommend. It was very delicious. You can customize your own sauce and broth if you want. And everyone gets their own hot pot which is very unique. Most other hot pot places I've been to have one huge pot in the middle of the table. It is family-friendly and very inviting. Me and my friends had a wonderful time. Lunch is about $22 a person and dinner is about $32 a person. But it is all you can eat. And it's worth it.

Vegetarian options: Veggie bar

Dietary restrictions: Many meat, veggie and seafood options to suit your needs.

We came to the dinner around 8:30, before they close one hour. A little rush for this kind of food type : you need pick up, sit down to boiled them, then eat, they call: Hot pot , means you can’t be too hurry ?
Even we know it well, still finish fast we can almost 9:45. But the 2 Korea managers were so nice, tools us, it’s fine, made us feel comfortable.

I am Chinese but I really love this Korea ALL YOU CAN EAT. Wish I can try BBQ , that’s the best for Korea and Japan food ??
