Typically a fan of Shipley’s but can’t get over that they continue to advertise a price different from what they charge and refuse to honor the menu price. It’s been months. There’s better donuts within a short distance to settle for these shady business practices.

went to this shipley’s this morning, the service was amazing but it seems to me like they’re running a scam. the cinnamon twits are half the size of other shipley’s, as well as the fact that the menu states the price is $2.68, they charged me $3.19 per donut, and didn’t even print my receipt. sales tax isn’t that much in texas so the price should’ve only increased about $0.17. everything else is great but if you don’t wanna be overcharged for SMALLER donuts, i’d say go to another location. pictures added for size comparison.

Horrible place I came with my 3 daugthers and ask for napkins and they were giving me one at a time! The manager said they told them to save napkins imagine how nasty and unhigene this place is

They recently changed staff and the ladies that are there now have horrible customer service, don't follow hygiene protocol and are rude (get your order wrong and then give you attitude when you tell them it's incorrect) 4 of them struggling when it just used to be 2 and completely diff experience. The health department should definitely do more inspections there with the new staff. The old staff with Diego and Nicole was wonderful. But now I don't think I'll be bringing my family here anymore.

There was a FINGERNAIL in my donut!!! We have eaten here for years and is the facility ever sparkling clean no but the food is always good UNTIL today.

The hwy 6 n location charges 2.89 for a jalapeno sausage kolache, this location charges 3.29. At the hwy 6 location there 2 sausages in each kolache, at this location there is only one, and the bread is hard and crusty, not typical fluffy Shipleys kolache. Trash.

Bad service, old products, you ask for one thing and they give you another, and the bread is old and tastes bad, bad service.
Yummy, yummy, yummy every Sunday I have a donut from this place it is the best for people that love donuts best in Houston!
