They changed the recipe to the filling of the Bavarian donut/boston cream. It has more of a water based consistency and has a chemically taste. No bueno.

I will never understand this place. Why stay open so late if youâre not going to making donuts fresh. It has literally always been something donut related that these people are out of throughout the dayâŠ.we literally have never had a hot fresh or a âwarmâ donut from this location no matter what time we try going (early Mon, mid day or night). lol like what do yaâll do all day if youâre not making fresh donuts!?? Never again!! Itâs better to try another location but not this one.

Within the last several months, ive given the servers a total of 3 to 4 more chances and every single time, they still get my order wrong. This last time, I tried to do something different by speaking to them in Spanish... they still got it wrong.

I ordered two kolaches: sausage w/cheese egg and sausage w/jalapeno cheese. I was given the bold jalapeno instead and when asked to be given the correct kolache, I was told that the lady heard me say two sausage egg kolaches and wasnât issued an apology or refund. I was unfortunately forced to order the correct kolache. Do not bother coming back for a replacement if you get the wrong order lol.
Tried to drive through this Shipleys drive thru. Apparently you have to order at the outdoor menu, not at the window like so many other Shipleys. It wasn't obvious that we needed to order at the outdoor menu (and we didn't hear a voice on the speaker). When we got to the window, the employee said we skipped the line (which we didn't. We just didn't order at the menu) and that we needed to go back around and do it all again. The line was long (and we had already waited in it once), so we just left. It was our first time at this location and we won't be coming back

I always bring my girls for donuts and I usually get good service. Unfortunately this round, when I ordered there was not good communication going on. We said chocolate donut, she said chocolate milk. Turned into mis-hearing. We get to the window i asked to confirm what donut. And it was wrong still. She gave attitude about it and I told her this is why im confirming at the window to make sure it is right. She said she confirmed 3x. Yeah about milk & different donuts. When it was a donut, im not going to argue over it plus she had my phone & card I cant trust places or people. If I come back and she is at the window I will leave. I do trust people like that now days. Attitude over a confirmation is ridiculous..

Shipleyâs Donuts is always a great stop! The donuts are fresh, soft, and delicious every single time. You can really taste the quality, and everything comes out hot and perfectly made. On top of that, the staff is incredibly friendly â they greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome right away. Itâs rare to find a place that consistently nails both the food and the service, but Shipleyâs does it. Definitely one of my favorite spots for breakfast or a quick treat! I love their bacon, egg and cheese kolaches!

Donuts đ© I usually go to Shipleys you know what to expect it's pretty good. Only complaint is the register person needs to listen better. I was telling her then she walked away and came back with donuts I didn't ask for. I'm glad I'm patient. The Donut's didn't survive my to kids. Go early get'em warm.
