There was a latina lady who was very rude and insulting. Such a bad behavior to all customers. I see other reviews about this lady with her description in Google too. She didn't use the gloves and arguing with people and very slow. And when a customer asked her to..she was yelling. This store is in a main road and this lady needs to be fired or if she is the owner of the franchise she has to hire someone else. She is a disgrace to any person in customer front and in serving people with food. Unclean and unhygienic waitress ever. Unclean and very irritated with the way she served.

Very rude racist Latina lady serving. Very dirty lady. Does not wear gloves. Uses a piece of paper to open windows and will use the same paper to pick out my donuts. I nicely informed her about it and she decided not to sell donuts to me. Disgusting lady

We go to Shipley's as a family every Saturday morning at 8. We're always greeted in a very friendly manner. We get our order filled quickly and accurately. They have a very good selection except for old fashioned cinnamon rolls. Recently, we've been served by Nicole and Diego who are very help and friendly. We almost always get good and fresh donuts seldom under or over cooked. That's a call out to Emi and Francisco as I understand it who are the cooks.

Can't even get the order right asked for a dozen cake donuts with sprinkles and got 4 with sprinkles an no cake donuts idk how you messed that up
Horrible! I've come here several times and they are always out of stuff. I'm talking about 8 something in the morning. I went today and asked for a sausage egg and cheese Kolache. She told me that they only had 1. I asked if they make many and she said No because they don't sell. Why is it being advertised as I'd they have them all the time. I thought I got that and a Sausage and Cheese Kolache. I get to my job and finally try to eat around 9ish. Tear the Kolache and it's Egg and Cheese. The Sausage and cheese Kolace bread was hard at the ends and looked dry inside. I took it back and the mgr claimed that she told me that it was Egg and Cheese. I don't even eat Kolaches without me. I told her that I wanted my $ back and she said that she would do it this time only. Lady please. I won't ever come back to this location. I'm still waiting because she doesn't know how to refund the $. She's on the register not knowing how to do a refund. Then she calls someone on the phone and goes to the back. She comes back and gets the receipt and tells me to sign it. I told her that's not a refund receipt it's a sale receipt. Then she tells me that she cannot do the refund only her boss and she has to give me cash. I told her that's what she should've done in the beginning instead of having me wait over 10 minutes for her to do something that she knew she couldn't do.
