When the donuts are fresh they're good but most of the time they're not even though they advertise hot donuts and when asked they said they weren't making anymore and they could put them in the microwave it was 10:00 am

Not worth it, anymore!I've been going here every weekend for the past couple years. Always get the same order of 1/2 dozen and 3 bags of holes. The price has been around $14. The last time I went, it was almost $22 for the exact same order. I confirmed with the staff that the new price was accurate. The donuts are good, but definitely not that good. There's plenty of mom n pop shops in the area that have better pricing and quality.

Boy has this place gone downhill. The kolaches are flavorless and half the size they used to be. The donuts are bland. I've given this place three chances recently to see if it was maybe just a one-off issues. It isn't and I won't be back.

Never met a shipleys I didn't like and I won't be back here. Kolaches and donuts are made laughably smaller than normal, for the same price. I get it, inflation is hitting everyone --- but this isn't the answer. I'm a regular and never seen another shop doing this.

Customer service was outstanding, food not so much. Been going for years and always our go-to. Last few times, just not good. The sausage kolaches, the breading was hard like they tasted "day old" and microwaved. Not soft like they used to be. The filled donuts were old and soggy, the filling just fell out of the donut. The regular glazed was ok. We went at 9:30am.

Unfortunately we can't go here anymore. The donuts holes should be fluffy and fresh at 8am in the morning on a Sunday. There were 3 bags and all were wet and chewy like they were from yesterday and just warmed up. Who wants wet donuts? The Kolaches were super small and dripping water out of them and the dough seemed like these were reheated from another day. We hate to complain about things so small in life but it is the little pleasures we leave our house to pick up with your establishment and go out for. We don't live close either, so to get home after a round trip to feel robed means we can't ever go back. Shipley's USE to be the best place and has declined year after year. Mason Road is a terrible location. Take your business to VoooDoo Donuts on N. Fry Road.

I'm updating my review of this business because they have been very good about placing the correct items within my bag for the last several visits and instead of a revolving door of people working the drive thru they've had one gentleman working that is always reminding about better deals. I'm not a fan of them putting all the donuts into one bag, but eh, it's not a deal breaker.
They have the best variety and freshest donuts. It is always best to go there in there in the morning or by early afternoon.

This location is wonderful and everything was delicious. I had to place a large order (5 dozen kolaches and 5 dozen donuts) and Raquel was a super star. She helped take my order and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I appreciate the staff making the pick up go smoothly, definitely reccomend this location.
