The Kolache sausage eggs and jalapenos was not good at all. The egg had a horrible texture with no taste and there is way to much tasteless bread. There is no decaf coffee and the lady that helped in the drive thru just didn't seem happy to be at work. I will just avoid this Shipleys even though it's the closest to home.

My fiancé ordered two egg and cheese kolaches, but we received two meat, egg, and cheese kolaches instead. I called the number on the receipt three times before someone answered, and when they did, they only said “hello,” not “Hello, Shipley Donuts.” I had to ask if I had reached Shipley Donuts. I completely understand that mistakes happen, especially since the store just opened. We were really excited to have Shipley Donuts in our neighborhood, and I hope things improve as everyone settles in.

I know they JUST opened maybe this week or last, the donuts don’t have the same consistency as Shipley donuts usually have. They are more gummy and not as soft. We were in line for 10-15 minutes with only 2 cars in front of us. They told us to order at the window, Once we got to the window the ladies all seemed confused at the counter not knowing how to work the cash register. I love shipleys I’m hoping in the near future they get better 🥲

So happy there’s a Shipley’s next to our house. I stopped by today for the first time and was a bit disappointed. I asked for sausage-only kolaches but received sausage and cheese instead, and the bread looked more like a hot dog bun when flipped over. The donut holes were also undercooked and very doughy. I’m hoping this was just a first-day issue.
